Description: Share in a one-of-a-kind celebration of music and culture as Bob Marley: A Tribute to Freedom at Universal CityWalk takes you on a musical journey through the life of the "King of Reggae." Bob Marley’s songs of faith, hope, rebellion, and determination have brought inspiration and joy to audiences everywhere. Working closely with Rita Marley and the Bob Marley Foundation, we have created a replica of Bob's home on 56 Hope Road in Kingston, Jamaica. Inside, artifacts, photos, and video clips from his legendary career surround visitors in the open-air veranda and courtyard. The cuisine features Jamaican-influenced appetizers, entrees and desserts. Some of the most popular items are the Oxtail Stew, the Sun is Shining grilled chicken breast marinated in Jamaican curry sauce, and the Taste of Jamaica appetizer platter featuring veggie & beef patties, mango wings and yucca fries.

Visited City Walk on our last night and couldn't get a reservation at any of the restaurants promoted by the concierge desk. After walking around for a little we decided to try this restaurant and we were very happy we did! The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Wish I could eat there anytime!

People reviewing that it's hot because it's open air. We found it more comfortable than the freezing cold Hard Rock and Mythos. Fans were going, it was 6 p.m. and it wasn't too uncomfortable.

Traveling with four carnivores and one vegetarian can present a challenge. There were enough options here to be satisfied. Atmosphere was cool. Oxtail stew was FANTASTIC. try the drink with the fireball ... but it's sweet, so be prepared.

Service was great, we were not rushed.

The food was very flavoursome and tasty. The service was friendly and efficient. The only downside for me was some ants outside where we were eating but that can be expected when dining outside and it didn't dampen our experience. The atmosphere was good with the music.

The restaurant is open air once you are inside so be prepared. Although there are fans and misting fans it is still a warm dining experience. My veggie patty was good and my husband enjoyed the beef patty. The kids meals were decent and the selection was good. My nephew enjoyed the mahi mahi and said that it was delicious. There is a great area for live music and I am sure that late night it is a fun place to hang out. The menu is diverse and offers some nice choices. Be sure to check the menu online to see if you are interested in trying something new.
Service was good and the drinks were cold. All in all we had a fun time but I probably would not go back til it cools down.

After stumbling out of Pat O'Briens last week, we headed to our second favorite spot at City Walk; Bob Marley's! The second we walked in we could definitely feel that Jamaican spirit and atmosphere. The little courtyard is also very unique to this place with a few tables squandered around it. Again, the drinks are a little over priced but totally worth a pint or two!
