Firstly I would like to say the positives. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping were always very helpful to replenish towels and assist in any way. The King bed was very comfortable and the layout of the villas was great as it had a separate bedroom. The staff were very friendly, especially the lovely young man that delivered us and our baggage to the villa. The bus stop is out the front and comes every 20minutes or so to take you around Orlando and to its sites.
What I didn't enjoy about this place was that it is in need of a makeover, so it is quite dated. The first day we had to call maintenance to fix the drawers in the chest of drawers, the front door lock which jammed continually, replace bulbs in lampshades.
You need to know that this is a Time Share property and offer you incentives to entice you to have a one hour talk with them. Well, we fell for this and got caught up for three hours. We didn't want to buy but they are so good at what they do,they seemed to accept our decision but as we walked out a beautiful Mexican women started talking to us. We chatted again for about 20minutes about how the last sales person rated and then once again this new sales women presented us with another package. By this time we were over it and felt very frustrated that we had wasted half a day of our precious vacation. We were very upset with Starwood that they treat their guests this way.
We would not return to this property, but it would be suitable for families with young children.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you experienced with our Sales department, your comment was forwarded to the Sales’ department head for follow up.
Also it is unfortunate to hear that you had some engineering issues during your stay, please note that we recently finished renovating one of our phases and we are still in the process of changing the furniture since we are receiving the orders at different times.

Stayed here only for 4 nights to do Disney etc. in 2 bed apartment. It was perfect. Really spacious, great living room, dining room & kitchen area, high quality furnishings, spotlessly clean, bedroom 1 with 2 queen beds and en suite and bedroom 2 with super king bed and en suite with jacuzzi bath, 2 sink areas, large shower cubicle and separate wc.
Pool area was lovely and lots of things for kids to do as well as a quiet pool for those who want to be more peaceful.
Ate in the restaurant but wasn't keen - better to eat elsewhere.
They try to get you on a sales breakfast for apartments - we just said no - you get some kind of cash incentive - but we were only there for 4 days and time was more important than the money.

Room Tip: We had room in block 30 - quiet as not overlooking any pools. Was near the entrance but we had no traffic noise etc. No complaints.

I travelled with my husband and teenage daughters of 15 and 18 years.
We arrived at 5.30pm (10.30pm English time) so were feeling tired from the travelling. At reception we were kept waiting 20 mins to be served. Once Kimberley helped us she was efficient and polite, unfortunately she could not give us our key as the cleaning supervisor had to confirm the apartment was ready for us. We were kept waiting a further 15 minutes and starting to get fed up. Finally, it was ready and we were given our keys and escorted by Kimberley to another desk where we were served by a representative who gave us our 'welcome pack' which consisted of a few leaflets and 2 sachets of shampoo. We were then asked to attend a breakfast the following morning and shown a list of times and the monetary amount we would receive. I politely explained we weren't interested three times, the rep spoke over me. I politely refused again, the rep gave up and I very much had the feeling I had been 'dismissed' as I was not interested. We were in block 24 St Augustine, it was a lovely, clean 2 bedroom apartment with huge beds which were incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely. I couldn't fault anything, the kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and coffee maker. The maids visited every day and made our beds and changed the towels of which there was an abundance. We went to the main pool area which was lovely, clean and plenty of sun beds. There was a mother duck and her 8 ducklings who regularly wandered round the pool. It was a really lovely thing for us to watch while sunbathing. We didn't visit the pool with the boat but walked past and it looked equally nice and the children looked to be having a great time. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept. We went to the Flagglers Station on cup final day, it was quite busy with only one member of bar staff so service was a little slow. The bar around the main pool was useful and the gentleman serving was really pleasant and helpful. The only thing that disappointed was in the brochure it described a Starbucks on site, this was infact a very small self service area in The Marketplace store. It wasn't really a problem but being a Starbucks addict I was a bit let down!
My family and I had a fantastic holiday at the Vistana, I would recommend it and love to visit again.

I was in Orlando for a convention. needed a few nights to stay in a great bed with some extra amenities.
Not cheap but not just a hotel room. at the rate of 190.00 a night it was a fully stocked kitchen, fridge one bedroom apartment. with nice pool, work out center and place to eat and drink. Thats all I needed.
I will be brief..
Clean, free parking, not noisy ( i stayed in two different rooms in two different buildings).
Breakfast was ridiculously expensive but, not more than any other resort.
No coffee in breakfast place till 8 am.. that was a bummer..
Service staff was Awesome. they even let me extend my stay and check in to other room WAY early.
Only bad part.. They say the Key West section has the "quiet" kids pool.. not the case.. There were kids all over it. But I did not go there for the pool..

Room Tip: I liked the Key West section.. Seemed newer and less crowded.. but far away from kids pool.

Pretty good location on international Drive about 15 minutes from all the parks. It seems to be in a newer, developing area, but there is a big plaza with a Publix, Walgreens, and some other shops. The complex seems newer and is very pretty, clean, and well taken care of. Lots of amenities, including pools, restaurant, and activities.

We had a 1 bedroom, which was pretty tight, even for the two of us. Small living room with just a love seat and chair, small dining area, stacked washer/dryer, and kitchenette. Everything was new and very nice, but not very spacious. Service was good at check in and in the restaurant.

We've stayed at the other Sheraton Vistana (Resort Villas) and like that property better.

Room Tip: Ask about the room type...varied sizes, locations, and amenities like a balcony. Also a large property, so let them know if you'd like to be close to the main entrance, in a quiet location, or near the welcome center, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us and TripAdvisor your feedback regarding your recent stay with us.
We really appreciate the kind words you shared with us about the property and the staff. Your comments are very important to us.
It is unfortunate to hear that the size of the villa was not up to your expectations, we have different types of villas on property and the space in each one of them depends on the type of that villa. Our standard villas are the smallest in the size and they have the kitchenette in them.
Again, we highly appreciate your feedback and we look forward to welcome you back on your next visit to try the experience in one of our premium one bedroom villas.
Until then, Best Regards,
Hotel Management
