It's a clean property, but they charge you $15 per night to park, which in my mind is just a way to get an artificially higher rate. The parking was somewhat inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel.

I read the reviews before I booked this hotel and everyone was right, this is a GREAT place to stay. The price was good, breakfast buffet excellent, my 8 year old loved the pool area and it was so convenient having a microwave and little fridge in the kitchenette area. The restaurant is very good and the staff are super nice and helpful. I only wish the pool bar opened a little earlier and stayed open a little later.

We did not realize that check in was for 4 pm and arrived one hour early. Not only would they not budge on check in time but we had to wait 30 minutes beyond check in time (4:30pm) because room was not ready. Also this hotel is the last stop on the Disney shuttle so you always have to wait and stand for shuttle.

So much better then staying at a disney themed hotel! you are close to the parks and the staff are great! patio rooms are wonderful!! The breakfast price if not a Hilton honors member is a little high so I suggest signing up and making sure you are ranked if you are going to eat here but the food is worth it. I read reviews that were not so good before staying and was worried but after being here a week was so happy to find that they were all untrue and had thebest week ever! been to Disney world over 20 times and this by far was the best. it out ranked any place we have stayed on the grounds before!

This hotel room was very spacious and clean. It is very close to downtown disney, but still requires a drive or shuttle. Overall good choice if you want space for a good price and don't mind not being on Disney property. We were jealous of on-site travelers as we transferred from Disney parking lot to tram to monorail. We did not use the hotel bus. Staff was friendly. Cons individually were small, but added up to be a bit annoying. We chalked it up to having the amenities of a lower tier hotel. These include: we booked a pool view but did not get it. They quickly said the rate would be corrected, but I still had to have it fixed upon check out; ice machines were on every other floor with no information about where to locate them--husband ended up at the bar asking for it; fridge froze our food; MANY TV stations (locals included) did not come in--we weren't there to watch TV, but couldn't get the March madness games; bar service was subpar at best--from not knowing how to make their "florida sunset" advertised special to having to share the blender between the hotel and pool bars. Coffee maker was two one-cup units--I'd rather have a full maker in a suite where you can bring your own coffee. Also even though it is a "Disney" hotel, it doesn't get the magic hours--I didn't research this. We didn't do the breakfast buffet since they had the fridge/microwave set-up (hence our annoyance with ice, fridge and coffee), and we didn't use the pool. Traveled as a family, so the closed off bedroom worked well for us. Comfy beds.

This is a very nice suite (bedroom and living room w/ wet bar) hotel located ON Disney property but not owned by Disney so the prices are MUCH more reasonable. Brand new all property remodel in 2013 means nice rooms, beds, bath, furniture, lobby, etc. It is near Downtown Disney but NOT really walkable unless your under 30. Pool area is adequate but nothing special. Room service was OK. Get the breakfast included rate as its expensive otherwise (like 20-25 dollars each). Across the highway (close) there are like 10+ restaurants and a grocery store. If you really dont care about the Disney hotel experience, and inflated prices, choose this hotel. Great for families. I would stay again!

Room Tip: ask for a high floor facing front of hotel. You can see the Magic Kingdom fireworks at night.

My family stayed there for several days. Staff was very nice and accomodating. The grounds and pool were well maintained. It is close to Downtown Disney and we walked there from the hotel several times (not close, but not too far either). Overall we enjoyed our stay.
