Stayed at this hotel as part of a conference event. Rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff was friendly and the lobby bar service was great considering the large number of patrons they were serving. Several conference attendees enjoyed using the jacuzzi and lounging outside in the pool area in the late evening after the conference. The conference room temperatures varied significantly from cold to hot, but the hotel conference staff was accommodating in trying to adjust as requested. Hotel location was great, as it was a short walk to Downtown Disney.

Dear guest, I have to say that after a hard day of work, there's nothing more relaxing that a nice dip in the Jacuzzi! I'm glad you and your attendees had a wonderful time, and I certainly hope to host you in the future.

Best regards,
James Grosso

When we got to the room, the bathroom was dirty. We called to get someone to come clean and they did not come until the next morning when we had to call again.

We went to eat at Adiamos that night and got the best server ever! He really made up for anything we may not have liked! We went to eat at this restaurant and asked for him again! Truly one of the best servers we have had ever!

Definitely made our experience pleasant!

Hotel does have great location as well!

The staff was friendly and the hotel room was clean. When I needed additional towels they promptly brought them to my room. The restaurant was very friendly and served the food quickly. I would stay at this hotel again if in the Orlando area and would recommend it.

Overall, this hotel had a lot of amenities. It is about 5 minute walking distance from downtown disney.

Our room was very clean. The two queen beds were comfy with 5 pillows each. Everyone in the family loved them.

Our room (412) had a couple issues. Loud neighbors. You can tell the room was to connect to the main room next door, which we could hear everything they were saying. Next, our thermostat didn't work well. Had two settings, ice cold or blazing hot. We choose cold to sleep and hot in the morning I thaw out. Would have called it in, but when didn't spend more than 1 minute in the room until we got back around midnight.

We ate breakfast at the hotel. Good choice of food, but nothing really special. Glad it was included with our night stay.

Other freebies: two free bottles of water, DVD rentals, wifi (technically included in the hotel fees), and coupon book to downtown Disney.

I would stay again but definitely will check the thermostat right away and if there is a joining room before accepting a room.

Stayed here a little while ago for 2 nights. The location to Downtown Disney is excellent, and within easy walking distance. Check-in was great and easy, and the discount card/book/fliers that they handed us were pretty beneficial. Though the distance from the front desk to the lifts was frustrating.

The entrance in to the rooms and the corridors from the lift to the room seemed 'pokey' with low ceilings, and the entrance into the room was also confined, and not easy if you had a larger size suitcase.

The room itself and bathroom were typical hilton quality, very clean, comfortable homely feeling.

Try and get a room that looks over downtown, the veiw the other way is a bit bland...

I stayed over for business on a Monday evening arriving around 4:30 PM. If you arrive by car you have two options you can either a valet Park or self Park both will cost you additional money. Choosing to self Park I drove around the entrance through the gate grabbing a ticket along the way and parked my vehicle as close to the entrance in the back as I could which wasn't too close but still within reason. Bring your parking ticket so that they can scan it and add it to your bill automatically. Strangely, it's not really clear exactly where you need to walk once you approach the building in order to get to the front desk but you will need to turn left onto the main hallway if you come in the back.

Check-in was not extremely friendly but quick and easy. I was in room 476. Let's get a few negatives out of the way about this room straightaway. The room layout is standard for Florida and the decor seemed tasteful enough however they crammed a reading chair and lamp in next to the curtains and one of the beds and in order to close the curtains you have to negotiate both of them. They should just pull out both pieces of furniture at least in this layout, because neither are very functional with the limited amount of room. The air-conditioning was not very cold and it stops at 68 which seemed more like 75-ish. There is no ability for you to leave the fan on either and it is set for auto only. So if you're used to some sort of white noise you'll have to bring it yourself. Housekeeping did not do a spot on typical job for Hilton properties as there was hair on my toilet seat when I arrived. I also noticed water damage next to the tub by the door which at some point will need to be addressed otherwise though have a larger problem on their hands. The outlets on the lamp located on the bedside table between the two double beds was not functioning. I called maintenance and within 20 minutes a gentleman from engineering arrived to provide a power strip, in order for me to plug in my phone and Kindle next to the bed. He was polite and courteous and made sure to ask if there was anything else he could do for me.

Now let's talk about all of the good things. First on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being pitch black for my standard darkness rating this place is about a 9.8! The room darkening curtain does a fine job of blocking out the light after sunset and they have added additional "brushing" to the door so that it leaks only just a sliver on the side but none from underneath the door. The alarm clock also does not need to be covered which is a plus and there are no random LEDs shining from strange locations either. The bath towels for this location are extremely large in size, they are almost pool towels which is welcomed for my 6 foot two frame. One of my favorite features of this room is the shower water pressure. Honestly I must share that this shower is hands-down the strongest water pressure I've felt in years. More than likely the showerhead aerator is probably broken which is causing this phenomena but you will enjoy a shower that feels so luxurious you will feel like you're standing under a hot water, waterfall! Internet connectivity is strong and free with both AT&T and Hilton SSID's. Cable TV is shown on a 37 inch HDTV. They also have a DVD player and provide you with a card that you can use a kiosk down in the lobby to obtain free movies. This is a plus for families or when there's nothing on TV. For Hilton honors members, your free water is in the form of vouchers that you can either get coffee or water at the "general store" down the hall from the check-in counter. Linens on the bed are standard Hilton fare, with varying degrees of hard and soft down pillows and soft sheets and a comforter.

As far as the location goes, you really can't lose if you're going to any Disney Park, staying at this hotel. Downtown Disney is extremely close, you could walk if you are inclined. The hotel has several options for food including a Benihana (Japanese hibachi reviewed separately) and you are a short distance from many different restaurants and a few different fast food places as well. Pricing on this hotel is directly on par with any hotel in this area. With parking, taxes and fees and all that junk, the final bill was $139.79 for the night, straight from the Hilton website. Overall I can recommend this hotel as one to stay at if you have either business or pleasure in the area.
