This hotel was wonderful! It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the kitchen was great. We had three adults, two children and one baby and the two-bedroom model was fairly spacious-- we had enough room. My granddaughters loved the pools! My daughter loved the baby pools which were entirely enclosed. The third day we were there one of them asked if we could come back next year. Last week another granddaughter said it was the most fun hotel she's ever stayed at. We really enjoyed the Polynesian show on Friday night. it is a short drive to Disney World.there is a great arcade the kids love it. there are great water games my granddaughters loved it --and the grown-ups can play some games too. clean rooms, and great maid service.

I love this hotel/timeshare. It offers pools that are mainly for families with young children, my kids 10 and 13 felt there are too old for pirates and pirate ships but enjoyed the water slide. We as adults loved the happy hour two for one drinks and snacks. Great location and the suite that we had a two bedroom unit was great. Location wise, close to everything including universal, a grocery store and Walmart, good for groceries/water. The restaurant onsite was fine for the one meal that we had and was not too overpriced. My youngest enjoyed the arcade. The staff were always polite and friendly and had several water stations near the lobby. There were scheduled activities for the children so if you want to just hang out for the day at the resort the kids were kept busy.

This was our first time staying at a Marriott Vacation Club and it was WONDERFUL! The facility has enough to keep my 5 and 8 year old busy and entertained after a busy day in Orlando. There are basketball courts, mini golf, splash area, and a waterslide. It was centrally located to all the Disney Parks, Sea World, and Universal - no more than 15-20 minutes to each. It is about a 20 minute ride to the airport and close to great restaurants on International Drive. We stocked up at the local Walmart which was about 5-10 minutes away.

The staff was extremely attentive. We complained about the bed and they changed it that day. With any request, we were met with a quick response and a follow up call to make sure it was to our satisfaction.

The restaurant was a great place to eat after a long flight. The WiFi was spotty and only worked in certain areas of the room. That was disappointing, but we were on vacation. It forced us to unplug.

Some of the rooms faced the freeway. We were lucky to be near the entrance where we heard an occasional car coming over a little bridge. It was nothing like the constant sound of cars whizzing by.

We arrived at Harbour Lake on Memorial Day weekend 2011 for a 7 night stay. Our room was away from the pool areas overlooking the lake in front. It was a quiet building and noise was never an issue. We were about 100 yds from the pool. The room was newly renovated and was spacious and very clean. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and pretty much all the kitchen appliances we needed. We chose this resort because of the pool areas and our kids loved them! There were more activities than we had time (or energy) to participate in. Other than the pools, the only things we took advantage of was the poolside bar & grill, we rented movies from the rec room, and played a Texas Hold 'Em tournament one night as one of the planned activities - no money involved, of course, but fun. One very handy amenity was the on site concierge from whom we purchased all our park tickets. Calling around I found their ticket prices to be equal to, or slightly cheaper than buying at the park gates, but MUCH more convenient. They were there 7 days/wk 8am-8pm. There was no room cleaning service (although available for an additional charge) but we didn't mind. One thing that was a little unusual about the room set up was there was no door separating the master bathroom from the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great. I found their WiFi to be 100% reliable and adequately fast. Flat screen TVs in every room. Cable was decent. 10-15 min drive to WDW and Universal. Probably <5 min to Seaworld. Drugstores, grocery stores, etc close by (<5 min). Very friendly and helpful staff. It also felt very safe.

Our family just returned from a wonderful vacation at Marriott's Harbour Lake. The location of this resort is great! There are many free planned activities for the children and my grandchildren loved the putt-putt which you can purchase for $25 for the entire family. They actually played 5 games which would have been $25. But had they not spent 4 days at WDW they would have played many more games of putt-putt. The pools are great as well.

I liked everything about this resort. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk. The grounds were well-kept.

The one negative would be that the sofa was quit firm, so luckily we brought an aerobed with us and the one who got the sofa slept on it on the floor.

We plan to return as we thoroughly enjoy our stay!

Marriott Harbour Lake continues to impress. This was our 4th time at the resort and we have nothing negative to say whatsoever.
The children were kept busy from 8 till late every day which left us alone to relax and to enjoy a proper holiday. We are owners here and decided to stay for 15 days this year and spent 13 of those days on the resort; the other two days, we visited Seaworld and Universal Studios.
The bar-staff and pool attendants do their utmost to meet and greet the guests while the front desk staff were able to accomodate any request required. Its a nice feeling when they greet you by your first name and the Resort should be commended for it.
Our villa was in building 14 over looking the pool and was updated--however the pools are noisey, so if you want a quiet stay then you should request a villa away from the pools (we enjoyed the noise and being able to see the pool however).
We've already booked two weeks for next year for another family vacation perhaps more....

Had a fabulous week with family including 21 month old Grandson. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. A huge fridge, full sized oven and a wonderful washer/dryer hidden away in a cupboard (we went home with no dirty washing - fantastic!!). The areas were all clean and tidy and it was very useful to be able to have fresh, clean pool towels whenever we went for a swim. My whole family swam in the pool every day or evening and we made full use of the crazy golf (25 dollars for the whole week). The food by the pool was excellent and we enjoyed having a cocktail after a day at the theme parks! Would definitely return again.
