We were staying in a hotel in Doral and signed up for a day trip to Orlando with one attraction. We were told that they would pick us up at the hotel lobby at 5 am for a 3.5 hour trip to Orlando. We were actually picked up at 5:30 am and had to be out by the street to get picked up. They then proceeded to pick up others including a 1/2 hour stop at a Denny's to wait for people. We finally arrived in Orlando at the Super Tours headquarters where we got off the bus and got on a van. By the time we got dropped off at Epcot it was 11:30 am. We got picked up again at 6pm and about 6:45 we got to the headquarters and were told to follow the driver to get a voucher. We got a voucher but not told what vehicle to get on. After asking around we were told that they thought it was the next small bus that was coming. We got on the small bus at 7pm and arrived back at our hotel at 11:45pm. The driver had the air conditioner so cold that it was freezing in there. The drivers were very unfriendly. This is a tour company to avoid. We would not take this tour with this company again. AVOID

I didn't think much of it when I booked this Miami to Orlando day tour from my hotel. After all, what could go wrong with a 4 hour bus ride to and from Orlando?

Firstly, the buses smell. Both the one that drove us there and the one that drove us back stank. I kept telling myself that it is okay to take each breath without caution because it is just some unfavourable "fragrance" they are using. But in reality, I think it was drool and sweat.

Secondly, the seats are way too close together. I was pretty close to getting into a screaming match with the obnoxious girl behind me who was deluded enough to think she had the right to demand that I move my seat back up from it's pushed-back position.

Thirdly, after picking us up from the theme park, we were dropped off at the parking lot of what seems to be the Super Tours headquarters (which is tucked away in a little corridor within a grungy plaza). This is where the bus driver asked us to go "there" *points vaguely at the plaza* to get our boarding passes. Some people were just as confused as I was while we stood there waiting for the next bus to come pick us up. There were no signs indicating where Super Tours was headquartered. If it weren't for one of the nearby shopkeepers, we would probably have had issues boarding the bus (which was late because it had to go "fill up on gas").

The lack of organization only proved worse. Recalling that we, the downtown hotel dwellers, were picked up that morning at 5:30AM, before all the Miami Beach tourists, we were happy at the thought that we'd be dropped off first. After all, that's how all the tours/shuttles I've ever been on operated. To our disgust, we were dropped off last. That basically means a 6 hour commute there, and a 6 hour commute back. While those who stayed in Miami Beach had about a 4-5 hour commute there and a 4-5 hour commute back. We got home at approximately 12:30AM. How utterly pathetic.

I will never go with this company again and needless to say, I would not recommend it.
I have expressed these issues with my hotel and I think it is very likely that moving forward, they will not recommend this company to any future guests who wish to visit Orlando.

The only reason why I didn't rate this 1 star is due to the fact that we got home in one piece and after all this nonsense, I am grateful for that.

Thank CBunners

We recently visited Miami and decided to book a day trip to Disney in Orlando. We did shop around and found a tour rep in the Walgreens supermarket on Collins Ave. The trip was a luxury coach to Disney with breakfast. We paid $125 each and were told to be ready at our hotel fo 6am, we were told that it would take 3 hours to get there. We did really push rep and ask that we would only book if it was a 3 hour trip. We got picked up around 6.20am by Super Tours, the driver was very moody and was very unhelpful. There was no breakfast, not even a hot drink. Luckily enough we did take some water and snacks with us so we at least had something to eat and drink some other passengers had nothing. We drove around for about 2hours picking up various waifs and strays. The driver even took bank handers from people in car parks to drop enroute to Orlando. Finally we arrived at.........................Super Tours office in Orlando, we actually drove past Disney to get there. The driver called out some names and we were told to go and sit on another bus, we sat there for about 10 mins before I got off to find the driver having a chat with his mate. I asked him what was happening and he said were waiting for another bus. His attitude was so bad, when I asked who his boss was he just pointed to a door and said he's in there. I went to the office and got the same bat attitude from his boss, I nearly lost it at one point and it was only my wife that stopped me thumping him. Needless to say we finally arrived at Disney at 12pm, after waiting for another bus load of passengers. When booking tours be careful, they will tell you anything to get your cash. I have since emailed Super Tours but had no reply back. You have been warned.
