We visited the Prickly Pear for a rehearsal dinner. The appetizers were filling and plentiful. The corn fritter was dry and not too tasty, but the others were good. For our entre, we had a choice of kettle cooked chicken, port tenderloin or beef filet. I chose the chicken, which was served on mashed potatoes, and it was out of this world. My husband's filet was a bit overcooked, but it was still wonderful. We had carrot cake and key lime cake for dessert. The carrot cake was the best I have ever had, and the key lime was so so. The only thing that was not a hit with our table was the sangria. A little too sweet and I would have preferred it chilled. The bar tender was great also. We accidentally left a credit card at the bar, and the bar tender tracked us down to make sure we got it back. Much appreciated!
