We were in a comfortable two-bedroom unit on the first floor and could relax as much as we liked. It was clean, quiet and well-maintained. Like most time-share properties, there were some signs of wear here and there but, overall, we were very pleased.
We had a problem getting the in-room safe to lock and called the front desk after 11pm. The answer was prompt, friendly, apologetic and, most impressively, a security staffer arrived with *minutes* to correct the issue, We also had a small problem with a shower not coming fully on and, again, someone arrived within *minutes* to correct it (in truth, we had to ask them to come back as we were getting ready to leave for the day but the response time was phenomenal and it was fixed when we returned). We'd like a few more pillows.. "no problem." We'd like to push the twins together and make a king-sized bed, we'd like another set of linens... "no problem."
If had to find a complaint, it is only that the resort golf carts are often parked in the lot spaces and there is somewhat limited availability to begin with. Put those on the grass and leave the parking spots for your guests.
To me, it seems as if The Blue Tree seems to be all about customer service and that is absolutely the make or break item for me. We will certainly visit again.More
