I was a bit dubious of booking this as was unsure of how much the kids really wanted to meet Winnie the Pooh but on arrival they were very excited. It's a buffet style with kids buffet and desserts as well as ice cream machine. Food was good and I even got a mug of coffee afterwards. Lovely. We met Winnie the Pooh, tigger, eyore, and piglet . They all came to the table and spent time meeting the kids. If you don't get to meet one simply ask a cast member and they will sort it for you too

Crystal palace is a huge dine in eatery that is really only good for meeting the characters Pooh bear, piglet, eeyore and tigger. The food is very crappy buffet food, almost cold with same same cruddy options that you would get a quick service eatery. I can’t speak for all the wait staff but ours was one crabby grumpy older lady who didn’t crack a smile or even a nicety the whole time we were there. —- this is the only time this has EVER occurred at Disney. She was so rude, made us feel unwelcome and anything we asked of her seemed to be a huge inconvenience ie:asking for a drink. Certainly is not The standard I have loved and expect at Disney. It’s huge and loud. The decor is old fashioned and would benefit from a re-vamp. Overall nothing special. If you have a huge Pooh bear lover in the family the characters are very fun and attentive and you meet all of them. Otherwise I would give it a miss.

A twofold excellent experience- a member of our party got very sick before being seated and vomited, unfortunately, all over the porch as we were ready to go inside.
The staff and manager provided space to clean up, ice water, and a rescheduling of our seating for the rest of our party. The sick child and I were able to leave to recuperate and the rest of our party were able to be seated right away once we figured out our plan of action. Way to go, and bonus points to the manager who did not flinch in cleaning the vomit and handling everything cheerfully and kindly.
Those who were able to stay and eat gave the buffet two thumbs up- also two of the characters came together to my other child for a unique photo opportunity.

Our experience here was slightly above average. The food was good, and she had a nice visit with Pooh and Friends, but as a whole it wasn't as exciting as our visit to other restaurants and attractions.
