Description: Once upon a time…. A long time ago in the old Southwest there lived a Gila (Gee-La) Monster named Adobe Gila. This lizard was known to be the largest, laziest, meanest and only poisonous lizard in the United States. This lizard eventually took shelter in the Coolest Saloon in the town. Word traveled around the country and this saloon, Adobe’s as it came to be called, became very famous. Only the meanest, orneriest, coolest and most courageous men & women ventures into the place. And those who did became famous themselves… if they lived to tell about it! Legend has it that everyone who dared to venture into the joint had a screaming good time. So be brave, pick your poison, kick back & hang out HERE.. cause it’s a desert out there!

Went here a few times during our stay in orlando! Staff were always helpful and the place has a good atmosphere! There were always drinks on special which were really nice and the food we had there was lovely! Nice relaxed place for food or drink!

Marlow's had closed early for the night, not much else was open except for listless-looking chain outlets, and we found this place. A good find it was.
We arrived pretty late - maybe 10 or 11 - on a slow weekday night. Even so, the music inside was way beyond deafening. If we'd had to eat inside, we'd have gone elsewhere. But the staff was happy to seat us at an outdoor table with benches that's something of a giant swing contraption ... and we enjoyed a great meal in the breezy Florida night.
Blackened mahi was a steal at $12.95, and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the $8 quesadilla. She had Negro Modelos at $4.75, and my free-refills Pepsi was just $2.15.
Upshot: Well better than a chain Mexican restaurant, with accommodating (though not particularly inspired) service. This will be our go-to place for late meals unless it's a holiday or weekend; if the place had been full, you can tell it would've been a fearsomely noisy crowd & those outdoor seats might've been gone. Last-ditch answer in that case would be to do takeout.
This is a definite "we want to see them again on the next visit" spot.

We stopped by the outside bar after eating at the blues club. We just wanted a quick night cap. They were fairly steady. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 beers 2 shots & 1 water. The bartender was very quick but, she didn't have much personality. We tried to make conversation and she seemed annoyed. She also told me she forgot the water because it is a bar. I feel a bartender should be balanced. The beer was ice cold and the shots were good. We are locals so we have been here before and had better customer service.

First time trying this restaurant. Waitress was friendly. Service was just a bit slow but it wouldn't stop me from coming here again. Chicken Fajitas were really good. Glad we came here.

We were here for lunch as this seemed the only place in the mall that attracted guests at all. The others were closed or empty. Tables were greasy, the fork and the knife had to be exchanged since there was still the food of previous guests on them. So no good start from the outside. The service was a little slow mentally, and in the way she moved.
BUT: the fajitas were just great, surprise, surprise....
