Went here for out anniversary dinner and we're completely disappointed with the food. Tom Yum soup was pathetic. Spring rolls not so great. Chicken satay was good and eatable. Pad thai was so so. Fried ice cream for desert smelt of reused oil and we let it go half way eaten. Overall, not at all recommended. Stay away!

If you fancy a break from the usual Orlando eating experiences and you like Thai food you should definitely give this place a try. When you arrive at the shopping plaza it's located in you could be forgiven for thinking you've made a mistake - it's a bit windswept and the restaurant itself isn't that easy to see. But stick with it and you won't regret it. The staff were really welcoming and the food was fab: excellent spring and summer rolls, satay which you can finish grilling to your liking at the table and great curries. The pad Thai was a little sweet for our taste (maybe catering for American palettes?) but overall the experience was well worth it. A really refreshing change.

The service is too friendly and quick. The lunch has peanut sauce on salad which is incredible. Good choice for vegetarians. The rice with basil was soo yummy. The fried rice and rolls were perfect. the tofu was cooked perfectly. I would def highly recommend this place.

I'm afraid this place will close if they dont get more customers. Its located in a little shopping plaza but they have such authentic Thai food. I've been to thailand and this place's flavors are very good. I've also had some awful fried ice cream, this place makes it GOOD. Im allergic to shrimp so I asked for them to replace my curry with scallops instead of the shrimp. They did it and no extra charge. Thai tea is very too.

We wanted some late night takeout after leaving the parks, and wanted asian. Found Thai Silk on tripadvisor, and gave it a whirl. We ordered a variety of dishes over the phone and picked it up in 20 minutes. The only thing that was fried was the crab rangoon, and it was crispy rather than greasy. Good flavor. The pad thai which is always a craps shoot, was probably the best that I've had outside of the Pacific, but the drunken noodle (with beef) was awesome. Really good flavor. The heat on the dishes was pretty accurate, except for the papaya salad. I ordered it mild so that the kids could eat it, and it came more like medium/hot. It's unclear whether that is a characteristic of the salad, or if they screwed that up.

The prices were really good, and the while the exterior looks strip mall-ish, the interior is really nice.
