Universal CityWalk is an breathtakingly beautiful, especially at night, and it’s a great way to experience Universal Studios Orlando whole only having to pay for parking. It is filled with Universal-themed stores and lots of wonderful restaurants, my personal favorite is The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium. It’s a lot of fun for the whole family and everyone is sure to have a great time at Universal CityWalk.

We arrived at Universal during a fierce storm. My friend and I sent our daughters into the parks and sought refuge at CityWalk. Lots of shoppes and restaurants. In our two day trip we visited Coldstone, Starbucks, Toothsome, Hardrock, Margaritaville, Auntie’s Pretzels, AMC theatres, and many shoppes. Lots of fun with places to sit and enjoy.

Plenty of shops if that’s your pleasure. There are also restaurants from all scales and a nice AMC movie theater. It’s open until 2am. Wow!

What a great way to enter and exit the park. Just like in Vegas they get you coming and going.
There are lots of options to choose from and different price ranges if you're looking for a meal.
There is some shopping and entertainment as well.
We experienced Pat O'Brien's (dueling piano bar), don't just have any drink, have a Hurricane!
Emeril's is a fine dining restaurant....get there around 3 for happy hour, you won't be disappointed. The day we came by DUCK wings were part of the happy hour. You haven't had wings until you try these wonderful oh so crispy wings. BAM!
On the way out we had no choice but to stop in the Chocolate Emporium. You can dine there but we just shopped in the store. So many different ways to sell chocolate. Very good.
2 days in the parks and we only scratched the surface of what was possible in CityWalk.
And for those night owl partiers there's also a night club.

FYI...it is FREE to park after 6pm! Anytime before is $22 daily for parking. Once you get thru the security checkpoint, it's located on the outside of Universal Studios. The food selections will make you drool and there is nightly entertainment for the late night party goers!! There are some shopping places, but mainly dining places, there's a Pat O'Brien's and a Emeril's for a little bit of New Orleans flair! We enjoyed walking around and seeing the many different places for dining and entertainment. The Blue Man Group is right outside, so you don't have to enter Universal Studios. They have a couple of shows daily, just check their website or at the window while you're here. Also, there are boats tendered here, so if you're staying nearby, you can take them back and forth. You won't get bored if you come for a visit, big screen televisions for the sports enthusiasts and Dancing Rooms. We've now been here and Disney Springs and prefer Disney Springs, although affiliated with Disney, it stands alone and parking is free all the time.
