I want to start with a HUGE "Thank you" to the staff at the Four Point. Due to the typical evening tardiness of Southwest Airlines, we didn't get to the hotel until 2:00 am. Expecting a ghost town, I was pleasantly surprised that a vibrant and friendly desk clerk was there to greet me like it was midday. There was even a staff member on hand to assist with luggage had we needed it. This set the tone of the entire stay.

The room itself is spacious (especially for being built into a cylinder of a building) and the AC was top notch (quiet and effective). There was a paper every morning and staff in the lobby to field every question. I want to point out one staff member in particular, Leslie, who loaded paper into the printer when there was a problem during the printing of our boarding passes, hustled to call the elevator when we entered the lobby with our hands full, and always genuinely asked if we needed anything.

The hotel is conveniently located near Universal. The only thing I'd suggest to future guests heading to Universal is that you don't take the free park shuttle from the hotel. It's crowded and has several stops before getting to the park. You can walk there faster (0.44 miles according to my pedometer). Our taxi ride back was $6 + tip. Given that the Harry Potter Park is designed to suck money from your pocket like a vacuum cleaner, the taxi is a bargain and will get you an extra hour to stand in lines at Harry Potterland. Speaking of which, we opted to blow off Potter's World after the first day and go to Disney's Magic Kingdom the rest of the time. Because of the convenient hotel location near the freeway onramp, it was an easy drive south to all of the Disney attractions. If you plan a trip to Orlando, you can see all of Harry Potter Park (all three rides and all four shops) in a few hours and Universal Studios the rest of that day, so you should definitely look into other places to visit while you're there.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for two weeks from the 28th of June, the check-in was no problem considering we read on the hotels website that to book or check-in at this hotel you must be 21, and we are both only 18 and on our first holiday alone together.

The room had two queen-sized beds which were very comfortable, there was an electronic safe which gave us peace of mind with all our important documents and money etc. The rooms were huge, and we had a great view from our 7th floor window.

We couldn't get the air conditioning machine to work when we got in the room, but the staff sorted that out straight away, the staff were very helpful and polite to us.

The night we got engaged at Magic Kingdom, the receptionist back at the hotel noticed our "just engaged" badges on our tops and gave us about $20 worth of free drinks coupons for the pool side bar to congratulate us, unfortunately the drinking age is 21 over there so we just had juice.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it is modern, clean and spacious, and you couldn't ask for a better location with everything in walking distance, or just an I-ride away (the stop is right outside the hotel!), we also had free transport to Busch Gardens and all Disney Parks from the hotel.
Best holiday ever, lots of happy memories at this hotel and in Orlando!

Just had a wonderful trip with my son Joe which was made even better with the help of the staff's friendly and polite attitudes. The hotel had a friendly feel and although wasnt a new build it suited us and was spotless. Food very good and close to numerous shops restaurants and local activities. Pool was very clean and never got busy and the hotel had excellent security. Will visit again for sure and would recommend hotel to all. Many thanks Four Points you made our holiday special.

Check in / out was smooth. Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. It was close to Universal Studios (reason we stayed) and their free shuttle was on time and excellent. We stayed two nights and even got thier room service......which after a long day......hit the spot!

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel: its great value for money. Rooms are a decent size (though not huge) and clean. We ate breakfast in the hotel every day but only because it was already included in our rate: its not the best breakfast I've ever had and if it had not been included we would have gone elsewhere. Despite the breakfast we like this hotel a lot: fab location, free shuttles to Universal, a self-service laundrette on site and the pool area is nice (though didn't bother with it this time as we had a pass for Wet & Wild which is just over the road). I would be more than happy to stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: The higher floor the better!

We got a great deal for 2 weeks in this hotel right on international drive and were really surprised at how lovely it was. I requested a low level room and was overlooking the main road, we never heard traffic or noise from the golf course as some people had complained about. In fact we never heard any noise from any neighbouring rooms either. The bedroom was very comfortable with plenty of room and storage drawers, nice large bathroom too. Food quality was very good but can get pricey when ordering room service. The staff are really welcoming and helpful, the pool provided relief from the hot sun even though it is fairly small. Location is fantastic with wet n wild just over the road and an i-ride trolley stop right outside the hotel.
The only thing that let this hotel down was that you had to request a fridge and could only have it when one became available. Also the housekeeping staff were inconsistent, sometimes they left you bottles of water and other times they did not. One day we went to a water park and did not return until 5pm but the room still had not been cleaned and so we had no clean towels to use.
We had a great time here and would not hesitate to return another time.

Room Tip: ask for a low level room to avoid waiting ages for the lift!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Normally, Orlando hotels always have seen strip-motelly-like. This one was much better. Although not as deluxe as many big city sheratons, the front lobby staff was good, rooms clean, beds comfortable, and value was excellent. Good breakfast buffet for 12 bucks. Would stay here again if visiting Orlando, ESP. Universal studios.
