We stayed in the tower rooms and were very pleased. The rooms were clean, our suite was on the 19th floor (King and comfortable pull out couch). It had a kitchenette we were happy to use. The view was amazing (we could see Downtown Disney clearly). The pool area catered to children and adults alike, with a water play area for the kids and a jacuzzi for the grown ups. There were cabanas and a seated area with couches, tables, chairs, and ceiling fans as well as a snack area with hot food, drinks, and snacks...the sliced fruit bowl we ordered was fresh and juicy. There were several restaurants inside, including one that had a Disney character breakfast. Pluto and Goofy were the only characters there, but that was okay with us...it was relaxed and the breakfast (not overly expensive) was plentiful and delicious. The hotel had a lot of amenities and thoughtful considerations including a credit card guest laundry, newspapers to the room, Wolfgang Puck coffee (yum!), and free shuttles to the Disney parks every half an hour. The only downfall (and there was only one out of many, many good things) was that the Internet was only free for 3 days. We had friends and family visit (we flew in from out of state) and walked over to Downtown Disney for free entertainment, good shopping, and good food. There was also the option in the hotel to purchase park tickets, and a car rental service if you wanted to utilize it. There was also a really nice gym (w/the TV going so I could watch the World Cup ;) ), and complimentary ticket printing to board your airplane if you flew in. Luggage service to the airport was also offered, though we did not take advantage of it this time. The Wyndham Lake Buena Vista resort is our new go-to hotel when we're going to be in the area. In fact, we're already talking about a return trip in August. Def. a great hotel for us. We're giving it five stars.
