My family stayed 4 nights the week of March 24 and could not ask for a better experience. The hotel is beautiful and bright and the pool perfect for families of all ages. We loved the early admin to the parks and the transportation to and from the park was easy and seamless. Only part I would change about the hotel was the cleaning service—came at very odd hours-but overall, had an incredible week!

Beautiful clean hotel. Small rooms--that's ok... Lovely pool. We loved the Strong Water and Amatista. Food prices a little high, but drink prices very high. Lots of rain, not their fault. All the employees were very friendly and nice. I'm sure there are many employee training sessions, and they are successful! One big minus. We took water taxi to CityWalk. 4 hours later when we were ready to return the water taxi was shut down for weather. Not their fault, however we were directed to take the shuttle bus back to hotel. We walked to the bus area, someone had turned the signs around and we walked down the aisle we shouldn't have. When we walked back we saw the direction was changed(red arrow). We arrived at the correct place. It was very disorganized. No signs for a line to which hotel. Once we figured that out, we waited in line for a bus for 40 minutes. No exaggeration. We watched 6 buses go to Cabana Bay and so many buses pass by us with no explanation from the 8 men in uniforms there to manage buses. I felt like herded cattle. I would have choose to walk back to the resort had I known this was our fate. We would have been back at least 30 minutes earlier. When the bus arrived it was a bus like a rental car shuttle at the airport, and they packed the people in there to the maximum or more. "keep moving back, we need to get everybody in". It was very uncomfortable and couldn't be safe if there were an accident. At impact 10 people would be thrown through the front window. I'm sure this isn't the norm, however, not how I expected to be treated at a hotel of this level. Very far from Disney's Coach buses that come by every 5-8 minutes with AC. HUGE disappointment!

We got home yesterday after a wonderful 6 day stay at Sapphire Falls Resort. We arrived at the hotel close to midnight on Monday and Brandon at the front counter greeted us with a cheerful smile. Even though we were tired and sleepy he managed to get us really excited about our stay by telling us about what we could expect at Universal Studios as well as the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The absolute GREATEST thing for us was that our family of 4 was upgraded from a standard 2 Queen room to a Kids' Suite, so that our kids had their own room with matching twin beds!
I loved the water taxi's to and from Universal, the beautiful hotel pool and excellent pool-side drinks, the beautiful landscaping and everything else about this stay.

I will be visiting again next year with my girlfriend and some friends. It's a must. We had a great time. Very comfortable setting and amazing staff. I wish I could give everyone there a raise lol I would. My birthday was may 26th we booked it laying across my days off. It was a great vacation.

Very clean. New hotel. Close to parks and an awesome property. Everyone was great and did everything they could to make trip perfect. Highly recommend.
Best place for anyone already having front of line passes as they don’t charge or provide that here for free.
