I always review trip advisor for hotel information and was not disappointed with previous good reports. Stayed here for 10 nights in June 2011.

This hotel is situated in a quiet end of "I" Drive, however the "I" Trolley bus stops right outside the door (Stop No. 39 I think?), so guests without their own car can get around very easily.
The hotel is quiet and peaceful but ideally situated to get ANYWHERE! "I"4 is close to the hotel, so you can get to either Daytona or Tampa in about an hour. Similarly it is very close to Seaworld and Aquatica.
We timed ourselves from doorstep to Magic Kingdom and it took just 12 minutes!
We didnt eat in the hotel, preferring Sizzlers breakfasts to anything else in the world!
Our room (222) was clean, comfortable with a huge super kingsize bed. The air con was very efficient; temp during day was 99F+ and only dropped to 78F at night so it was very much needed.
Other travellers have mentioned the remoteness of the carpark - dont worry! Yes it's at the back of the hotel but it's well lit and if you dont take care of your own personal welfare who will; Like anywhere (not just USA but the rest of the world) just be sensible and look around you!
Staff were keen and attentive - although the (chubby) gardener/janitor with the small goatee beard did 'feign deafness' by gesturing to his ears, when I asked if a car could be moved forward slightly, to allow me to leave the hotel during an horiffic thrunder storm - what a W"?!*+er!
How did I know he was feigning deafness? I shouted over to him later in the week, that he'd dropped a $20 note, he turned round to look for it but it wasnt there! I'd given it to the room maid who did a brilliant job.
Sadly he let the side down - everyone else were delightful and very eager to please..
The pool area is clean, well maintained and has plenty of beds and chairs. Fresh towels are regularly restocked. There are 4 cabanas with beds for when the sun gets too hot. The spa is wonderful.
We stayed here for 10 nights and cannot compliment the hotel enough, we didnt eat or drink in the hotel, we simply used it as an upmarket bed factory. This place knocks spots off anything else in its price bracket. Quality and comfort all the way.
You wont be disappointed!¬

The hotel and service overall was good. The only thing was that in the first room, the a/c didn't work so we had to wait for the engineer to come up to fix it and had to wait 30 mins. They later had us switch rooms and gave us a late check out so it was worth it!!

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at this hotel. I will go back again when we need a hotel in Orlando. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and for the price it can't be beat. Like the other reviews said its laid out backwards with the check in desk far away from the check in driveway. Also the hotel seemed to be empty but the lot had 20 or more cars when we came back around 11pm. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The location is close to sea world but away from the congestion of I-drive. Can't be beat.

This hotel is perfect for anyone wanting a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. It is out of the crowds but located in close proximity to all attractions Orlando has to offer.
I took my grandaughter & her friend as their graduation gift (from high school). After exhausting ourselves during the day, the hotel was a welcome site.
Our room was always clean and if something was needed, all we had to do was ask. The staff were very accomodating!
I loved being able to get up in the early am & go to the pool. Although occupancy high in the hotel, the pool was never crowded. You could also take refuge from the sun in a poolside cabana! It was southern charm at its best. My only disappointment was not being able to check in early. We were told that the earliest would be 1 or 2pm. However, when we returned near 3pm the room was still not ready. We were offered and did take a different room which meant I slept on a fold out couch. It wasn't the most comfortable but between the kindness of staff & pleasant surroundings, this was overlooked.

Nice, clean, quiet hotel. Need a car to stay at this hotel as it is a little remote. Lots of free parking. Caveat: small surcharge added to your bill for some reason. Only thing that would make this better is if they added free continental breakfast. Not over run with children, so I would say good for people with no kids along for the trip.

First, the good... the hotel is quiet and tranquil, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious enough, a nice variety of pillows to fit all tastes, parking seems sufficient.

Now, the problems... they really need to look at some of the details of care that make the difference between a top hotel and a budget motel. Especially in the bathroom. One of the fresh towels had a small but clear orange stain on it. The clothes hook on the door had obviously been ripped off at some point and never replaced. The fasteners hold up the shower rods were not properly secured and as a result the whole thing was shifty and unstable. But all these are "little things". So the q is do they sweat the little things.

The big one this place needs to work on is branding. I guess they're in some sort of transition, because signage outside and around the hotel is horrible / nearly non-existent. I pulled in and spent 10 mins driving around the property at night trying to ensure I was in the right place!

So... if you're looking to pay just a little more than the cheapo places and get a nice comfortable upper-middle level place for a fair price, this'll do. If you're expecting Disney Grand Floridian level experience at 1/3 of that price, you're in for disappointment. This place is above average.

Room Tip: Specify when you reserve if you want a king bed.

We arrived at this hotel for a family affair. Upon arrival we asked and recieved a room upgrade that gave us more room for our needs.
We found our room to be quite comfortable and clean with an oversized bathroom and large bedroom. We also had a nice livingroom with a small fridge and microwave.
The hotel is quiet most of the time, the pool is clean and sparkling and not many chlidren around so noise level was low.
The restaurant is only open on certain days for dinner, but is open for breakfast everyday.
There are many other dining options available nearby.
We will be back to stay here again. We enjoyed the "quietness" of the place
