Hotel is fine in every respect except for the shuttle service. There is no listing on the kiosk at the airport so make sure you have all the information you need on hand and your phone is fully charged because it took me over an hour to find someone to help me call the hotel and send the shuttle. Not sure why they decided to not use the very convenient kiosk at the airport.

This hotel is great, super clean, with a friendly staff. The location is wonderful as it is near restaurants and stores. I had an early flight and the shuttle drive was friendly and seemed happy to bring me to the airport which is very close. Thanks All!!

During 23026 June 2014 had the pleasure to stay at the Hampton Inn Airport facility, Orlando, FL. It was a very pleasurable experience, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the complementary breakfast staff in the mornings. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and quiet. Would highly recommend this facility to anyone traveling to Orlando on business or pleasure.

I was laid over in Orlando and the airline set me up with this hotel. The shuttle bus driver spoke little English when he picked us up from the airport. Several families were also waiting for him and were unsure if they were going to the right hotel after all. It was nice to have free shuttle to the local area. I went to dinner and the shuttle driver, barely speaking English, drove like a NY taxi driver... stop signs were barely observed. As I readied for bed, I noticed multiple black hairs in the bathroom. In the morning, there were quite a few offerings for the free breakfast bar, but almost everything I tasted was unappealing. I'm not a very picky person. I won't be staying here again.

This Hampton Inn has obviously recently finished a styling renovation. Beautiful new lobby! Rooms all have new decorations, etc. It looks great. Service was good. We requested a roll away and one was brought very promptly. Close and convenient to the airport (within 5 minutes drive). We stayed here on our last day of our family vacation, so the location was perfect given our 7AM flight home. Good enough for a good night sleep.

Unable to respond to request to no down pillows or comforter in room - 3rd request removed - unable to log into internet with apple products - postage stamp size bath rooms - helps to stand on commode to close bathroom door

Everything about our stay here was great. The staff was very professional and helpful, the room was very clean, spacious, and super comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. Since we visit Orlando area once a month we definitely plan to go back to this location.
