Stayed here for 2 weeks end of July beginning of August 2019.
Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
We had an issue with our air conditioning halfway through the stay but we were quickly moved to another room where the air conditioning was fine.
We used the shuttle bus a few times down to Universal but it did get booked up so I would recommend booking early.

A really good value hotel, really well placed on international drive. The only slight downside is the rooms being a tiny bit dated, but apart from that it is perfect. In the centre of Orlando attractions, rooms cleaned to a good standard, staff are friendly, bed are comfortable, nice pool areas, a really good onsit convenience store, shuttles to the Universal attractions, right by the I-drive trolley stops. All around so good and perfect for an Orlando holiday.

Can't say enough about this hotel, right from the start the staff were great, room was modern and comfortable, pool was wonderful, price was fair and the location was perfect. Shower needs an update, otherwise I'd score it perfect.

The check in was fast and getting settled was very nice and easy. 6th floor had a nice view. I didn't like the bathroom set up. The toilet was stained inside and couldn't stand the sight of it. I would stay again, but would look around the room first before settling in.

Our 4th time staying here ,cannot fault it in anyway ,rooms nice and clean ,beds are so comfy ,staff are so friendly ,plenty to do and a great location ,food in the restaurant is always fab ,can't wait to go back

It’s disgusting, filthy and has BED BUGS!!
We’re in room 1102 and have been bitten by bed bugs!! They tried to move us to 1106 but is was dirty with yellow pillows which were blood stained. They they tried to move us to 1166 which was crawling with bed bugs!!!
