“Better than Pub food”

We had the fried green tomatoes as appetizers and they were tasty.The entree's we had were the Carolina burger which our waiter recommended.The burger was delicious. We also had the beef short ribs which were marinated in a nice sauce.
The chef has some unique and innovative offerings on the menu and these were 2 very good examples.

“Hidden Delight”

Walk in the door. Booths. Big screen TVs, every where. But, not a boring old sports bar, despite the décor (or lack of). The chef is well trained and creative. Some examples follow, all of which I have had.

Carolina Special Burger: House made pimento cheese, fried pickle, lettuce, vine-ripened tomato & finished w/ our their sirancha sauce. The Bleu 42 Burger - House seasoned 8oz ground sirloin, stuffed with bleu cheese. Topped with in-house cured and smoked thick-cut bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion & citrus aioli.

Like Chicken? Try the Yardbird - - Smoked pulled chicken, tangy jicama slaw, jalapeno, roasted red pepper, pickled onion & Carolina bbq sauce.

Pork? Then try my favorite. Pulled Pork Succotash Slow cooked pulled pork over a blend of lima beans, black eyed peas and sweet corn. Topped w/ jicama slaw and Carolina bbq sauce.

Seafood? The chef fillets his Mahi Mahi on site and serves it in a great sandwich. He does an Ahi Tuna appetizer.

The crowning touch is Cheesecake, made from scratch in their own oven.
