This place is very clean and roomy, but the decor has not been updated for a while. It is NOT on the ocean. It is NOT near the ocean. You cannot walk to the beach. You will have to drive over a $2 toll-bridge to get to A1A, then you can drive to lots of beaches. Internet access is $10/day and the speed is 3 mps at best. Very big pool. Kind of an AARP type of place. This is supposed to be a resort, with lots of stuff to do on the grounds of the resort. After a day or two you will be bored. Teenagers will be bored out of their scull! Little kids will want to swim in the pool all day long. This is a place that we traded-in with a RCI timeshare exchange. A 3 out of 5 star kind of place. I didn't hate it, but I wouldn't come back. My family likes to be directly on the beach. There was no hat water in the shower. We told the staff, but they never fixed it.

Stay away from a vacation here....TSP (reservations) quote you a super price...but when your credit card bill comes...you find they charged you alot more than they quoted....Then when you call them to complaine they just hand up on you....Not a good place to vacation anyway...Beach is too far away...nothing else to do in the whole town...PALM COAST is a really creepy town...horrible vacation if you have kids

There are a ton of amenities on the property. My girlfriends and I went away for my birthday weekend and we had a blast. Our only issue is that the pool closes at ten.. After running around Orlando one day and St Augustine the next We only had an hour or so in the pool at night... The security guard kicks you out and locks the pool with a pad lock each night. It is very frustrating. There were also some punks probably 13 to 16 years of age that were super obnoxious in the pool and clearly didn't have an adult supervision. If you visit here you must go to Hammock beach. It is absolutely beautiful. I live on the gulf side of Florida and we have the best beaches, however Hammock was so quite and clean.. we loved it. Also I forgot something in the room after checkout.. and the next day I received a call from the front desk and they offered to mail it to me.. Overall our experience was great and we would stay here again:) especially if we had kids with us etc. There were some bugs, a spider and a roach, however it is Florida and that is to be expected sometimes.

Room Tip: Book directly on their website, the price was close to 10 dollars cheaper a night:)

We exchanged into this resort through RCI. Initially we planned on staying only part of the week because we wanted to go down to the Keys for the last part of the week. We checked in on Sat and checked out on Wednesday. We were really sad to check out...the resort is beautiful, modern and clean. The suite was spacious and the washer and dryer in the room was such a convenience. The staff was great when we checked in and let us check in a little early since we were in the the car for 15 hours straight...we were so greatful! We couldn't get over how the bugs were really not bad there. They sprayed periodically to keep the "Florida" critters under control! LOL! So...we checked out on Wed and then checked back in on Friday at 3AM!!! Thank goodness for Tanya at Celebrity Resorts. She resucued us!!! We got to the other hotel room in Florida City...got out of the car...and we were eaten alive by mosquitos...going from the very top accomindations down to 1 star accomidations was very tough!!!! We called at 11:30PM on Wednesday and got our room reinstated so we could finish our vacation out at Legacy Vacation Resorts-Palm Coast. We all were elated that we were going back to Palm Coast and we will forever be greatful to Tanya for her efforts to get us our room back! We recommend this resort to everyone!

This hotel/resort was great! Anyone who says it is lacking is crazy. Had a 2 bedroom villa. Bedrooms were very spacious, master bathroom had whirlpool tub with separate shower. Living area was large. Dining was great. Kitchen was very well stocked. Everything was very clean. The washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus. There is a grocery store (Publix) less than 2 miles from the resort. Beach is about 5 miles.
The grounds are gorgeous and have alot of great amenities, especially for the kids. The pool was very large and very clean with a nice waterfall. They have a nice game room, putt putt golf, tennis courts, sand volleyball, weight room, sauna, etc, etc, etc...too much to review.
We stayed here one night on our way to Orlando, but had we have known how great this place was, we would have stayed several days. The kids loved it and hated to leave.
The staff was very nice and accomodating. Upon our departure, the manager even offered to facilitate reservations at the Orlando resort, but our other reservations were past the cancellation deadline. We were sorely disappointed with our next location after staying at the Legacy Resort (formerly Celebrity).

Room Tip: If you have kids, get the 2 bedroom villa.

This is now known as the LEGACY RESORT as they changed their name. The buildings and grounds have a look of a place having a cashflow problem.

The walk up/internet rate is great but if you did a timeshare swap (like me) you would be disappointed. RCI Silver Crown Resort? You are crazy! If you swaped a $1600 to 2000 a week place for this you are going to be bummed. Kitchens and bathrooms are right from the 1980s. If you are used to luxury amenities then this will be a disappointment.

That said, it is functional and is in a convenient location. Everything worked. Glass tables, formica and the like as far as decor except the bedrooms seem to have been redone recently. The pool is deep so not good for the younger kids. Im guessing it starts at 4 feet and goes to 7 feet. The hot tub is tiny, maybe four or five people touching each other. No need to save a chair or anything as it is always only partially full at the pool. The grounds have potential but are a bit worn at the moment.

The only bad experience was a violation sticker placed right across my drivers side windshield which required a razor to remove it. Security put it there. So I had to hunt the guy down to remove the sticker in order to take the family out to dinner. He said his manager told him to do it. His explanation was that cars with florida plates are singled out as possibly being people just using the pool. I asked if he has the list of license plate numbers of the people that checked in. He said they don't let him see that. The funny thing was they really needed that to be correct when we checked in. We actually went out to the rental car to write down the license number and then came back to finish checking in! I assume he goes around all evening removing the stickers as there were three in the immediate area when I noticed my sticker and they were all cars that were there for most of the week I was there.

Room Tip: Building 13 probably has the best view of the pool

Located at a wonderful area of Palm Coast. Walking distance from the European Village with restaurants and shops. Thoroughly enjoyed The Humidor, a wonderful Cigar Lounge and Bar with a great selection...It is also a wonderful neighborhood place.
