One word...PELUSA. Actually I think it was Pelusa Texana. It was on the special board. If it is not the special at the time you visit, demand that they make it for you anyway. It is a sautee of shrimp, chicken, and steak, with tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cheese all served over rice. This stuff rocks. Throw in a Mexican Mojito or drink of your choice and you've got yourself one fantastic meal. Service was fast and drinks kept coming. This is definitely one of my favorite Mexican restaurants of all time.
