I have never been so disappointed in a month at the beach as I was September 13-October 13 with my elderly parents (89&90). There was construction going on, we could not watch TV, talk on the phone or even have conversation in our room for the noise. Two days straight we had to stay in the condo due to the cement dust being so thick and both being on walkers could not get them through this to the elevator. The first day was a nightmare only one elevator was working and this went on for the first two weeks. There was no iron in the room, no mop, TV was advertised as HD and it wasn't. the rug in the living room was nasty, the coffee pot was a Mr. Coffee and it had a Black and Decker decanter so the coffee was never warm. We asked for some kind of refund and was given 5%, most of the folks staying there told us they got 35-40% off their rental due to the inconvenience. We have always stayed in Seagrove, however the condo complex had a major renovation going and we were told upfront it would not be a good time, that is how honest folks with integrity handle business. We have one week planned to stay there and were given a 45% discount, again how honest folks with integrity operate. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE RENT FROM BLUE SUN NOR WILL WE EVER STAY IN UNIT 306 AT STERLING BREEZE....THE OWNER IS AS INCONSIDERATE AS BLUE SUN PROPERTY FOLKS.
The condo was beautiful and the hard wood floors made the sand so much more bearable. The pool area was great and the bar had delicious frozen drinks. Would definitely stay here again.
