If you want a really relaxed place to stay, Bikini Beach Resort is the place for you. We just returned from there and feel ready to face everyday life again. The motel has made many updates to the rooms. Our room had new carpet and furniture which was a nice surprise. The room we stayed in has a full size stove, refrigerator, sink and microwave. They even supply a coffee maker, dishes and pots and pans for your use. If you don't like to make coffee in your room, they have complimentary coffee in the office. They were working on the Tiki bar so it wasn't open for our stay but was about to open. We have spent the last several years as "Winter Guests" and the motel always does something special for their monthly January/February guests. In the winter, they let the monthly guests use the game room as an early morning meet and talk space while they enjoy their coffee. It is a great way to start the day! We will definitely be going back. Not only are the owners and staff friendly, we have met and made many new lasting friendships while staying here.

I have spent time at Bikini Beach each year for the last 27 years. It is a mom and pop motel that has been run by the Gheesling families since I first started coming. The Gheesling family and staff have made this feel like a second home for me and my family. They will go out of their way to make your stay wonderful. They are constantly updating the rooms which are very comfortable. Bikini Beach Resort Motel has parking close to your room, elevator for your convenience, pool, Tiki Bar and is right on the beautiful beach overlooking the Gulf. Bikini Beach is also close to shopping, restaurants, churches and attractions. I can hardly wait for my next visit with them! I hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.

If you think this hotel is bad... go get you a drink from the Tiki bar. In fact, get three. The truth, this motel is your basic motel. Panama City has been upgraded tremendously. So don't go here expected the dang Ritz. It is a motel with a more than reasonable rate. The staff, facility, and bar are wonderful. It's a little dated, but still a great stay.
