We stayed here in February and the most amazing thing is it's right on the beach and the view of the ocean was spectacular. A couple things that would really help their rating would be a dishwasher in the room to wash dishes which needed to be done prior to leaving and they could upgrade their bed linens. Other than that it was a fabulous getaway for me and my husband We would highly recommend it! Free parking and your car is steps away to jump in and go on quick jaunts and adventures. friendly and accommodating staff, beach towels provided, warm pool and great lil hot tub. No room cleaning provided and once and mid week towel exchange service.

We booked with Time Share Exchange points, so locations and dates are limited, especially for just a couple looking for a studio or 1 Bd rm. Our stay was during off season, and a lot off places were closed until after Christmas or til March. But the Pier Park was a great mix of shops and choices to eat. Short drive from the (ECP) Airport. See room TIPS. I'm not sure in the sound travels more here, or the neighbors above us were just Overly NOISY, but you could hear every chair being pulled out, every time the sliding doors were opened & shut. There wasn't a screen, so you couldn't leave the door cracked to help air the place out or the flies / bugs would come in. A main draw back was the musty smell, in the dressers & then extra pillow (stored in dresser). So, bad that I left my folded item in the suitcase, on top of the dresser and worked out of that. I wished I had packed some tealights. We don't bother to complain - we just deal with the issues. But they have a $49 clean charge, so the rooms smell should not have been an issue. Additionally, note you are to remove your own trash to the dumpster, but don't bother to recycle. The kitchen's hot water turned on to the RIGHT and then we couldn't get the water to stop dripping / running. My biggest concern was with the electricity. We had to have the bathroom lights, and vent looked at.... power pulling due to water dripping down the lines & pipes into breakers (per staff member). It was fixed temporarily, but then started up again.

Room Tip: There are 4 floors, and NO elevator. The first floor is below grade and behind the sand dune meaning limited or NO beach view. And for room access you need to go around back, past the pool and down the room line up. The second floor is ground / parking lot level. View fromt the balcony is just above the sand dune, and looking out to the waters edge. But to the right (toward the Fishing Pier) off in the distance, the pool and then sun decks are in the view. So, if you can handle the stairs, then the 3rd & 4th floor may have the best views. We were on the second floor by a late request, due to no elevators, and we gratefull to Sue for making that happen.

This little resort nestled between high rise condos has a quiet charm. Yes it needs updating and is a bit moldy and rusty around the edges but it is clean and well appointed. Furnishings are dated but comfortable. Great value for the beach access and view.

This is not a "resort"; but a small (4 floors; 45+/- rooms) condominium unit, with clean, recently re-modeled rooms RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Almost every room has a beach-front balcony (see Tip for choosing a room). It was college "spring break" weekend, but the residents were couples and families. We stayed in a suite (#410). From the door, the kitchen is on the right, bathroom on the left, then a living area with pull-out sofa and chair on the left and the kitchen table opposite the sofa. There was a small divider, then the bed and the balcony - with a view of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It is within walking distance of a Winn-Dixie grocery store and Pier Park, with lots of restaurants and shopping. You should also know that: the rooms don't have washers and dryers (but there is a free laundry on the premises), suites don't have dishwashers, there is no elevator, and you are expected to inventory every piece of silverware, dishes, towel, cooking utensil, place mat, and glass in the unit. But these are small prices to pay for clean, recently remodeled, reasonably priced accommodations, with a balcony and view of the Gulf. We will definitely stay here if we go back to Panama City Beach.

This is not a "resort" It is a motel on the beach - definitive phrase being "ON THE BEACH"! It was very clean - recently remodeled - all tile floors. Very nice Weber grills available & beachside dining on patio was perfect! Studio unit doesnt have dishwasher but not a problem for me. no washer/dryer in unit but free landry room onsite.I love the sound of the surf and it was very nice on the patio & inside unit if patio door was open. Pier Park is walking distance - my husband & I would come back.
