“When in Pensacola be sure to check out the Saenger Theatre.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 February 2014

It was our extreme pleasure to enjoy the Pensacola Symthony Orchestra led by the award winning composer and director Bill Conti. It was his first time to lead the orchestra and it looked like they had been together forever. A Night at the Movies was a wonderful show, with familiar show tunes including the theme from Rocky, composed by Bill Conti. I only hope we will be able to attend another performance by the orchestra in the future and if Bill Conti returns while we are doing our "snowbird thing" we will be sure to attend. Staff at the Saenger could not have been nicer. There was an issue with the tickets I purchased online, but they quickly and happily resolved the problem and even upgraded our seating.

The Saeger will remind you of all those beautiful historic theatres in many downtown areas. Classicly elegant and beautiful a remodel of few years ago made brough the acusotics but truly tremendous level. Now you can hear the beautifil meoldies of Florida's oldest continuous symphony (The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra) or the arias from the Pensacola Opera or check out many other of Pensacola best performance from its vibrant arts and entertainment community.

“Nice venue”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 November 2013

Saw Mary Chapin Carpenter and Shawn Colvin. The theater was beautiful and the seats were comfortable. There were many empty seats that night. I am guessing that locals have subscriptions to the theater with reserved seats but don't always use them. If that is the case, they should tell the theater to re-sell their seats. Has to be disturbing to the artists to see so many empty seats. But, still a very nice venue.
