“A Family Event”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

This was a great place to take the family. We went with our grandchildren, and they loved it. There are plenty of hands on activities for children. It was free - what more do I need to say. You can't go wrong planning a visit to this wonderful tribute to our American Naval Aviation. You should come away with a greater respect for our nation's past accomplishments.

“Awesome!”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

This museum has an incredible amount to things to see, so plan on two or three trips to see it all. It is filled with all types of military memorabilia and has several interesting films. There is a lot of walking but there are benches and chairs for resting. This is a must to visit for all ages. No fee required only a donation.

“History of Naval Aviation!”
Reviewed 1 June 2014

This is one of Pensacola's main tourist attractions. I live here so i'm not a tourist, and we still love to go. You can get a free guided tour, and all of the guides are very knowledgable. Hard to find such a quality museum with free admittance these days. Definitely a great way to spend the day! On Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, there are practice shows for the Blue Angels air shows, also free, which is definitely worth going for! Amazing!!!

“Great for history buffs”
Reviewed 31 May 2014

I liked that you could go through and see things without being charged. There are charges for rides. There is so much to see unfortunately we did not have that much time to really get the whole benefit of the place.

“Great Museum”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

I'm always interested in air museum's and this one was one of the best I've visited. It it easily accessible and well layout. Although it is a Naval museum it has a lot of aircraft from other services and countries. There are several "hands on " exhibits such as a "Blue Angel" simulator. The museum is free but some of the "rides" are extra. It is also quite accessible for anyone having handicap problems. When I visited, there was a retirement ceremony in the auditorium area for a "Super Chief" which was quite touching as sailors were stationed around the upper balcony each holding one of our States flags. I would highly recommend this to families, especially those with children. Makes you proud to be an American.
