First, the cooks in the kitchen are speaking Italian. Second, Francos is filled with people who have been going to Francos for a long time. Third, they will cook what you want them to cook for you, even if it is not on the menu. They are SO accommodating. My all time favorite is their Cioppino; delicious with just a little bite. Their lunch specials are a great value, salad and a good sized portion. I've never had a bad meal at Francos.

Food is awesome and fresh! Service was great! You cannot compare Franco's and Olive Garden because the majority of Olive garden's food is frozen or out of a jar! Everyone knows that! If you want REAL Italian food go to Franco's!

THIS SHOW SHOULD BE ON FOOD NETWORKS RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE!!! overpriced bad tasting food. we went to franco's last night because olive garden was packed. as soon as you walk in you notice the the outdated decor...who uses xmas lights as their main source of lighting? the pictures on the wall were all old and dusty no consistency whatsoever then there's the menu. they have a wide variety of things to choose from, but if im going to pay 30+ for filet mignon i better get something other then a plastic table cloth covering a plastic cafeteria table. i was in the army for 5 years and i felt like their hospital cafeterias had better tables...saaaad. we got salads for the adults and the house dressing was good minus all the oil in it. it was so oily that u couldnt taste the rest of the dressing which after stirring it up and tasting it was quite good. after 45 minutes we finally got our meals (mind u there are 2 adults and 4 children) we ordered 3 kids fettuccine Alfredo and 1 kids ravioli. my 6 yr old only ate his fettuccine because we promised him candy but complained it was really dry the other two kids that attempted to eat the fettuccine left it on the plate and ate the garlic bread as their meal instead. as far as the ravioli well that was a train wreck. there was water from the noodles in the boat/plate that turned this dish to mush it looked like dog food that they microwaved and tried to serve it. i got the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp (which is an extra 3.00 on top of it already costing a whopping 21.00) mine wasnt dry...in fact there was so much alfredo sauce that i thought they brought me soup and trying to find the piddly pieces of shrimp was like easter egg hunt. the meal was sooooo tasteless that i swear i added almost the entire contents of the salt and pepper shaker just to make it edible....lets just say i didnt make it all the way through the dish before my stomach said enough already. my husband ordered the filet mignon medium. what he got was a well done piece of meat with a lot of gristle topped with a lot of mushrooms and a side of fettuccine. well lets just say it wasnt filling at all!!! the portions were so small and it cost $30+. wen the waitress asked how everything was we were honest and said we would NOT be returning. oh ya... the waitress...so she was nice and polite but that's where it ends. i understand that the restaurant has small drink glasses and at least she attempted to be attentive she but did not know the menu at all. we were asking questions and she said she will go get someone to explain the dishes after she put a pitcher of our drink on the table so we could self serve. i appreciate that u didn't want us to run of drinks, but its your job to fill the glasses not mine and she never returned till the end of the meal. someone else took our order someone else delivered it and someone else got the 1.25 tip. TERRIBLE!!! don't go there its BAAAAADDDDDD yukky disgusting i wish i could give ZERO stars!!! if im going to 80.12 for a meal it should be wayyyyyy better then this!!! the sweet tea was awsome but the best part of this experience was LEAVING!!!

I don't understand how they stay in business. Food is very average and prices are middle of the road. Maybe you will like it.
