This resort is great. They have three pools, an awesome gym, spa and a great deal of on site activities. We had a two bedroom/two bath in the Royal Palm. The room was clean and had been recently updated with a new kitchen and fresh decor. The Winn Dixie and Walmart are within walking distance.

We resort offers a free shuttle to their sister hotel, Wyndam Royal Vista that is located on the beach and only 4 miles away. They had lunch time grilling for lunch, two pools and great beach access. We rented an umbrella, chairs and cushions for $25.00. The cushions are so worth the money.

My only issue was the beds. They were harder than I prefer. Everyone has their preferred bed mattress. The resort did try to accommodate us but I prefer a softer mattress. I would go back again.

Room Tip: We overlooked the tennis courts but we were not really in the room.

Great resort. Three pools, spa, gym, and a great deal of on site activities. We had a one bedroom unit in the Royal Palm. The room was clean and had been recently updated with a new kitchen and fresh decor. Shopping nearby to stock up on the essentials.

On the con side the unit did not have central air and the wall units were a little loud. The on site cafe also closed by 5pm.

My husband and I and a friend stayed at Palm Aire Resort for 10 days from April 13 to April 23.
We have visited the area many times and have stayed here several times over the years.
Though it's a great place for children, it's also a great place for adults as there are 4 golf courses on the site and reasonably priced restaurants nearby.
My one criticism of the Resort is that it doesn't have a restaurant- though it does have a snack-bar now.
Though the weather wasn't too great we still had a really good time and would recommend this place to anyone who wants a laid-back holiday and doesn't want to always eat out as the condos have really good kitchens and washer/driers and dishwashers!

Room Tip: Higher floors have less noise from the pools. Ask for one that gets the sun on the balcony.

We stayed for one week at the Wyndham Palm-Aire in the Ameca Palm building for $799. We had a two-bedroom unit with a sofa bed in the front room. We had 5 adults and 2 children which made it tight but we all had a great time. My 2 grandchildren had a good time in the pools and playing miniature golf.

They have a shuttle which runs twice a day, 9:30 trip to the beach and a pick-up at 2:30. We had a car and drove to the beach everyday.

There is a Winn-Dixie supermarket nextdoor which was very convenient. The pools were very clean and the hot tub was clean
and Hot, the way I like it.

The kitchen was well equiped and had everthing including, a dishwasher and a washer and dryer.

We were offered a free breakfast and $75 to sit through a timeshare presentation, but refused the offer.

A Great stay with out the obligation of owning a timeshare.

Windham Palm Aire is a fantastic resort. Close to a lot of attractions and lots of places to eat and not to mention the beach was near by. There was no mid-week housekeeping but there was enough linen for us to do it ourselves or not do it!
