Owner description: Themepark Slagharen is a whirlwind of adventures. You can step straight out of the Wild West into Mexico, then celebrate carnival to the rhythms of New Orleans before searching for gold in Yellowstone. If you prefer, you can set out on a quest to explore Jules Verne Adventureland and embark on the spectacular Expedition Nautilus, then cycle to the top on the Magic Bikes and battle the raging waters in Fogg's Trouble. You can also watch an exciting 4D film or go to the thrilling stunt show in the Western Village Theater. Do you wonder how the Native Indians used to live? If so, let American Indian whisk you back in time so that you can experience it for yourself!

We visited durink UK Spring Bank holiday week with family 5 to 70yrs and all had a great day. No ques for rides, which were good for our age range. Staff very helpful and park kept clean.
Usual fun park fast food but we think you can bring your own.
Paid extra for Aqua Mexicana indoor/outdoor pool with multi size water chutes, a great hit.

I used to come here as a kid with my parents, and now we went here for a long weekend to celebrate the 50th anniversary of my parents in law with the whole family. We had two Nevada houses, which were rather spacious for all of us (3 kids, 6 adults). Some houses also have a hot tub and it's allowed to BBQ. The furniture inside is basic but OK, garden chairs from Hartman are comfortable, nice grass, trees and birds. Lightning in the house is too low Watt, except at the dining table, and not enough toilet paper. Bring your own towels, soap, etc. Don't drive on the big parking lot of the park after 22:00h, you'll get stuck! You can easily park at your house, if you notified the organization about your license plate number and have the coupon with bar code to access the park. The breakfast buffet was really good, only too long lines at the coffee machine, they should think of some solution for that. Dinner buffet was also good, but better on the first day than the second. Alcohol like beer and wine must be paid extra (around 3 euro each). The whole park has a Western theme, which is quite fun. There is also a swimming pool with many slides. My boyfriend fell off the blow up belt at the start of the slide and hurt is shoulder badly. Lines at the attraction were doable, on Sunday longer due to kids holidays and better weather forecast I think. Atmosphere is sympathetic. The park is not very big but enough to do for a couple of days. Of course things like snacks are not cheap, you can easily bring your own sandwiches. Actors drive around and give shows, also Randy and Rosie walk around at breakfast for pictures. The kids really enjoyed it. So did we, but after a few days of nieces we looked forward to going home again ;-) Dogs can be taken to the park. Many translations in German.
