One of the most unique dining casual seafood spots I've been to. The menu is quite simple, and when you walk in you're given a paper menu. You simply check off what you want, and turn it in to your server. You walk to the cooler in the back and pick out anything you'd like to drink. You keep up with your own drink tab (honor system). My husband and I ordered the gumbo, a pound of peel and eat shrimp and a dozen baked oysters. We sat at the bar and watched them prepare our food in front of us. Not to brag, but my husband and I KNOW our seafood. The shrimp were so fresh, they had that "snap" when you bite into them, and were seasoned so well! It's hard to season peel and eat shrimp well, so we were impressed. The oysters were extremely fresh (we watched them shuck and cook ours), and the gumbo was delicious. We ended up eating here 2 out of 6 nights that we ate out because we couldn't get enough. Worth the drive from St. George Island! Even bought a coffee cup souvenir!
