Had a 7pm dinner, shrimp alefredo and oyster sampler. Great fresh oysters, gumbo needed some pick up, bit ho-hum. Most of the wait staff seemed a bit preoccupied

Shipwreck never disappoints! Kids were visiting for Christmas so we took the opportunity to grab some raw oysters. And gumbo. And bisque. And mahi tacos. And a burger. And it was all good! Again!

This is a quintessential Florida raw bar. As Guy Fieri says, this is the "real deal." Good oysters, and that's an issue now in this area of the country due to many reasons. The gumbo was authentic too. But my daughter shared the blue crab claws in garlic and wine and they were divine! It's a cute Florida seafood place that I'd certainly go to again! Nice service too!

The no frills nautical theme was just right for the excellent dinner we had tonight. Service was friendly and quick. With a little less salt my grouper on garlic mashed potatoes smothered in crab bisque would have been one step from heaven. My husband enjoyed the oyster sampler. We found other choices worthy of a return visit, but we got a pound of boiled shrimp to go to add to our Thanksgiving meal on the beach tomorrow.
