Clean, nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Situated close to restaurants and stores with easy access on and off of I 95. We stayed 8 nights and re-booked after a cruise for an additional 12 nights.

We stayed 2 weeks at this hotel. It was a "home away from home". The rooms are very spacious and the furniture is very nice. I loved the mattress better than ours. The manager was spectacular and Kelly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They gave us maps for the various beaches in the area.

The breakfasts were great. There was an ample variety of selections. Each week the breakfast selections were rotated. Hot, homemade cookies were available daily around 6 p.m. The atmosphere is bright and airy. Hilton recently spent $1 million renovating the lobby.

The cleaning staff was excellent. The ladies were very friendly and very thorough in cleaning. Twice we remained in the room (due to rain) during their housekeeping duties. Their attention to details in cleaning is top notch. The sheets and duvet covers are washed daily!!

I'll recommend this hotel to others. Can't wait to return.

Room Tip: Choose a room facing the main street. We were able to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral from our window on third floor.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience of your stay with us. We really do appreciate the time you have taken to write us such a positive review. Our team works extremely hard to give all our guests the best experience they can during their staying with us. As you experienced, we recently completed over a $ 1.1 Million in renovation at the property to include all the guest rooms and common areas of the hotel. In addition, we take pride in providing the best breakfast in town. Our breakfast is divided into 5 stations, Cold station that has all your cereal & milk, our Fresh station that provides fresh cut fruits and whole fruits, the Hot station includes 2-3 hot items such as eggs, sausages, bacon, etc., the Bake station that has all your breads and muffins and even a waffle machine to make your own waffle, and last the Beverage station that has 4 variety of coffee flavors and juices. Our housekeeping department also takes a pride in providing a clean room daily for all our guests. We recently also changed our entire toiletry’s brand to the “Neutrogena” brand that is very refreshing and rejuvenating. We are truly happy to know that you had a great stay with us! I love the consistency of the Hampton Hotel Chain. This property is no exception. Clean, quiet, decent breakfast, and most important great beds and bedding. This is the type of hotel that makes us always look first for a Hampton.

Wonderful stay in this Hampton Inn in Port St. Lucie. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Room quiet and peaceful sleep. The entire hotel was very clean. Close to many choices in places to eat. Would love to stay here again!

I travel each week nation-wide, and stay four nights at Hampton, or alternate Hilton properties. While many top-tier hotels share exceptional service, I've found the Hilton brand to be truly customer-centric and consistent. Style is important, but substance is the metric that's most important: you can't put a price in intrinsic value.
To be sure, a recent stay ( Jan. '14) at the Hampton Inn & Suites, Port St. Lucie, West, Fl., is a fine example of value: the St. Lucie-West team "gets it".
Kelly, along with her colleagues at the desk, did everything humanly possible to make my stay a pleasant experience. They were engaging, efficient and friendly - they made me feel special. They did the little things and went out of their way in a positive and respectful manner.They made it easy for me to decide where to stay the next time work brings me to the area.
It's obvious the Inn proprietor understands their best resource is a team of talented, and much-appreciated employees. Take care of them - they take good care of your guests!

When travel takes you to the area, you'll experience a wonderful team, and a well maintained property.
