We live practically around the corner from Fisherman's Village and visit it often since there is always something entertaining going on. Also, there are a couple of very good restaurants there.

“Great place to shop, dine and people watch”

Fisherman's Village has something for everyone; stores include clothing, home accessories, whimsical, décor, and even a hair salon. There are also numerous restaurants with great water views.

“Better than ever!”
Reviewed 18 November 2013

Here's the great thing about FishVille (that's what we locals call it!): It is a wonderful place for visitors - great shops, restaurants, a killer view, dog FRIENDLY! But the greatest thing is that we locals absolutely love it because there is always something going on there - music in the center stage, a monthly Muttini Mingle (bring you pup, let them socialize, listen to some live music - maybe dance a little - have a glass of wine and snacks), craft fairs, take a river or canal cruise, or just hang out for a while. When the sun gets strong and a walk at one of our gorgeous parks seems a bit much, you can always go to FishVille - get some shade, feel the breezes. If you're lucky enough to be in town for the Festival of Lights (just this past Saturday night) - you get treated to Santa, the Grinch, face painting, balloon animals, bagpipes, Victorian carolers! It's a fantastic spot. And new owners have really spruced up the place this past season. When you're in Southwest Florida, this is a MUST DO place to go!

“a fun place to visit”

lot's of shops and places to eat. Friendly and not over priced. Try eating at the Oyster Bar (I had a good hamburger there). Friendly service and prices you can afford.

“Surprisingly nice boutique shops”
Reviewed 9 November 2013 via mobile

Very picturesque setting. Looks like they are getting ready for Christmas and are in the process of setting up lots of lights and decorations. Wish I was visiting in another month to check it out! Normally at these kind of places we walk in a shop, glance at some stuff and walk our. Not here. Loved most of the shops and looking at the unique items they were selling. Tried one of the restaurants The Fish Market which was a bad experience and didn't really look like We wanted to try any of the others, but we certainly enjoyed the shops and atmosphere.
