This Hotel needs more parking. When the Tiki bar (outside of the hotel) is open, Tiki bar visitors use the parking spots that the hotel guest should have. A 5 to 6 parking spots in the front of the Hotel, at least a few should be for guests checking in (i.e.15 minute parking). Others should be for handicapped individuals who have handicapped stickers/ license plates). During the week my wife and I were there, usually same cars in those spots all day long.

When I checked in (being an SPG member), I asked if there was any chance of an upgrade.
Front desk staff was unappreciated about the overbooked room type.
When we checked in they have overbooked our room type (2 queens), we had paid for the extra square footage in the room. They DOWNGRADED us into a handicapped room with a king size bed. (smaller room) (the front desk tried to tell us it was the same square footage), no tub to soak in after traveling by air the whole day). We were able to move the next day to the room we had booked. The front desk told me that if we wanted the room, I had to move all of our stuff. While I was moving our stuff, my wife got the car, wondered where I was, asked the front desk, they told her they had no idea where I was.

The restaurant was the ONLY good thing about the hotel, they bent over backwards to help us the 4 times we ate at the hotel.

Also my wife noticed that there was 'women of the night' available between the hotel and Tiki bar,
we also heard passionate sounds while walking in the hallway to our room.

I myself would not stay at this hotel again.

My husband and I stayed two nights during some construction on their dining area and the elevator waiting area. We were not aware that during our stay the breakfast area would be unavailable. One of the reasons we stayed at the Four Points was for the breakfast option. When we first arrived there was no parking. One of the employees (was not aware he was an employee at the time) stopped in his vehicle and yelled to my husbad out the window pointing to where to park. Not very helpful. My husband drove around a few times becuase he was not aware that the spot the man told us to park in was actually a parking spot. When we walked into the lobby area we were greeted by huge plastic sheets hung at the back wall and to the right in the sitting area was filled with piled up table and chairs. The front desk staff was not overly friendly in their greeting but they were not rude. We checked in and headed to the elevator which was blocked off to a very small area. Not exactly easy to fit people coming off the elevator with people trying to get on with luggage. Our room was very nice & decorated very modern. Everything seemed clean and neat and we had a nice view of the ocean but you could not open your window. We missed breakfast our first mornign becuase it only went until 10 which we were a bit surprised at. I asked the reception desk customer service rep a good place to eat breakfast and he wasnt all too helpful. He could only think of one place, thankfully that one place was open and very good. For breakfast on the next day we were very surprised to find that they were serving breakfast in their seating area with mix-matched tables and chairs everywhere. The tables were all dirty and we didn't see a server or hostess for a good 15 minutes. We finally just moved a table and sat ourselves. There was one server. Apparently someone called out. It took a while to get menu's and coffee at our dirty table. The poor server was runnign around and very busy, she did he best to not ignore us but she wasnt all too pleasant. Our food was watery and it looked as though it came from serving trays and not even cooked fresh. Most people around us complained to us that they waited even longer. All in all - I don't know that I would ever stay here again. I understand they were not supposed to have construction going on for long but it still made us feel put out as guests at the hotel.

This is one of SPG's charming little secrets. It is located between the 2 bridges, and they had an outdoor Tiki bar in the evening. There is a nice open area and a marina next door. I have always loved Marina's, because the people are generally nice and friendly. I wish I had time to check out the town restuerant's and pub's. I will come back here when it is warmer.

We were not disappointed but the stay overall was no more than average. We were given a "room with a harbor view" that was on the second floor over the garbage bin and delivery area. Okay, so we could see a sliver of water if we stood on tip toes. And okay, that a delivery came the first morning at 0545. And okay, they collected garbage on two mornings before 0630. We paid for the view right with the wake up calls added for free.
The room was very nice - crisp, minimalist in appearance but functional. The bathroom likewise was adequate although if you were in the shower without the bathroom door closed, you were in the line of view of the room's front door, making for a potential embarrassing moment or two.
The entrance and front desk area was undergoing a makeover - tasteful - creating an interesting couple of days navigating before the work was finished.
Heidi was excellent in helping us get our room and then extend our visit. However, one morning we asked at the front desk for our room to be cleaned before noon as we were going to drop our dogs off while eating lunch. This was not done. It is one thing to call and ask but if you make a personal request, you expect that a simple request (more than three hours ahead), the request would not only be honored but checked.
One last oops --- our TV went blank about 7 AM. We called, explaining the problem and were told we would be called back. At 9 AM, I asked why we received either no call nor had the TV fixed. No answer but an "I am sorry."
We would stay here again but these failures really detracted from our stay.

Room Tip: Your choice is being on 41 North (traffic) or on the other side. Do not stay in any room with a 02...

We have only nice things to say about the hotel and it's condition, campus and decor. However, our special weekend away was overshadowed by Frank at the front-desk who did not seem interested in assisting us the way we would have expected from a Sheraton property. It certainly appeared that once we checked-in and he discovered we purchased through Groupon, that we were labeled with a Groupon 'stigma.' He was short in answering questions we had, not very friendly, and refused initial requests when our toilet stopped working. Eventually, after my husband spoke with him in person and gave no other option, he miraculously found us another room late in the evening (he had previously told us they were 'booked solid.' During our entire stay, there was no manager to be found. Service at the Tiki Bar was also lackluster, and the same attitude was displayed by our server once we produced Groupon vouchers for our order. We had a great time down at Fisherman's Village twice during our stay, and next time will choose to stay elsewhere. Our advice is that you spend the $100+ at a different hotel with better service. The hotel is nice, quiet and well-appointed, but we feel strongly our hard-earned money could be spent somewhere else.

Room Tip: Request a room higher than the 2nd floor so you can see the beautiful views.

We just returned from a weekend at the Four Points to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary. We went down on a Groupon discount and received excellent service at the facility. They were doing some remodeling, but were very accommodating with the extra coupons we received, allowing us to use them at TT's Tiki Bar. If you like being outdoors by the water & live music, this area is the place to go. Our room was very modern & comfortable with a beautiful view of the Marina. We enjoyed the area, finding it very walkable and would return if we got the chance.

We have stayed at this Sheraton a number of times and have never been disappointed. The hotel is clean and the service is great. It is located right on the harbor and has terrific views. The rooms are decorated in a nautical theme. The only unusual aspect was the bathroom door which was hung on a slider with wheels. (We got used to it pretty fast.)
The Sheraton also has a tiki bar with entertainment right on the harbor that attracts many locals and hotel guests. The hotel is on the walking path that stretches through the park and to Fisherman's Village with deck bars to stop at along the way. We had a great stay and would come back to this hotel again.
