Great place to stay. Etienne at the front desk was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. The resort offers everything you need for a great vacation, from tennis racquets to jet skis. The property is well maintained and easy to navigate, rooms are tasteful and clean. Definitely looking forward to staying again. Enjoyed the resort so much a one night reservation turned into three.

Stayed at the Inn in a junior suite, not one of the townhouses. Biggest concerns: the doors seemed to be recently painted and were very sticky and tough to open and close; the tile floor in our room really needed a good steam cleaning (our feet were black if we went barefoot in the room); the bathrooms are very tight/small; internet service was awful; mattress and pillows left a lot to be desired; carpet in hallways were stained. Beach is small. Overall, we got what we paid for but next time I'll spend a little more and be more comfortable somewhere else. The housekeeping staff was delightful, as were the wait staff at Hook's restaurant.

My husband and I spent a few days here at the end of December to celebrate our first anniversary. We had a GREAT experience with the Resort itself. Beautiful scenery, very nice room in the Harborside condos, nice pools/hot tubs, everything was well-kept and clean. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food at Sunset Grill, The Hook and the tiki bar. The staff was AWESOME. All of them! Enjoyed the live music and karaoke nights.
My ONLY caution to travelers considering this resort - HAVE A VEHICLE! We flew into Tampa and were unable to get a rental car (believe it or not, every single rental car in the Tampa area was booked - presumably because of the bowl game that was happening that weekend). We resorted to taking a cab, which ended up costing a FORTUNE, and then we were "stuck" at the resort for the entirety of our trip, because it's sort of in the middle of nowhere (all of the attractions/action is on the other side of Tampa Bay). It was fine for a 3-day stay, but had we been there longer, not being able to drive anywhere would have been a serious problem.
Moral of the story, we would definitely recommend The Resort & Club at Little Harbor, as long as you have a vehicle!

I drove down here from Toronto. My GPS took me right to the door otherwise I would never have found the place. This is a big resort in a fairly remote location. It's great for families with small children all the way up to the teens. I had a really pleasant condo overlooking the harbor with magnificent sunsets and nighttime view of the Tampa skyline. If you are not too tired do your grocery shopping before you reach the resort. The Sunset restaurant on site is excellent. They have a monopoly and yet their prices are more than reasonable. The beach is excellent. The resort pool is small and surprisingly uncrowded. I am deffinitly coming back!

Stayed here to end our Florida trip, first impressions were great! Rooms were spacious and modern, a few maintenance issues, but these were sorted quickly. On checkout we were asked to pay an extra $8 per room per night resort fee, we had already paid this at point of booking but the receptionist argued with us that we hadn't, this was a sad end to our stay! This has now been rectified but still no apology from the rude receptionist! If you were staying here for any longer than a weekend make sure you take take your own food as restaurant menu is very limited!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your recent stay with us and providing a very good rating. We are pleased that our maintenance staff were able to assist you efficiently. Please accept my sincere apology for the confusion regarding the resort fee upon check out. I am glad that the issue has since been rectified. In addition to the two restaurants located on our resort, there are several other dining options in the immediate area and our staff would be happy to provide recommendations! We hope that you are able to plan a return visit to our resort in the near future.

We had a wonderful time at Little Harbor. Unit 533 was the perfect place/space for our family which is what we needed for our family (including 4 teenage girls). The unit was beautiful and very nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the lanais every morning and evening watching the boats drift in and out of the marina.
The Sunset restaurant food was great along with the service. We all enjoyed the live music provided in the evenings. Our girls could roam the resort without a worry about their safety. They even met other nice kids at the private beach and pool.

Thank you for a great week! We hope to be back.
