enjoy an afternoon by the bay under a beautiful tent of lined oak tree's..sit on the seawall and watch the dolphins swim around jumping, have a picnic, read a book, take a nap, walk, bike or just come to meditate and take it all in, this is the place to be!!! also, there is an indian ceremonial mound located in the park as well. you can pull up and put your kayak directly in the bay or sun bathe on the sand; there is also, several playgrounds, exercise equipment, baseball field, restrooms, grills and picnic tables and several pavilions you can reserve for special occasions... also, there is a floating dock and drop off access for your boats/jet ski/ kayak/ paddleboard, and parking. It is free to enter and enjoy this beautiful landmark!

Without a doubt you'll love it there. It's one of the very best parks in Pinellas County. Lots of trees.. even a few hills and it's right on the water.

A beautiful oasis on the bay with trails and rec areas. The walk from Safety harbor Resort to the park and back is a great 4 mile round trip. Loved it!

Great park for biking, walking, fishing, or picnicking. Also look for historic markers telling about Odett Philippe. It's just a wonderful place to spend the day in the beautiful Florida sunshine!

This park along the bay is just north of the downtown area. It has bking and walking trails and some historic sites and plaques, especially dealing with the founder of the area and the park's namesake, A great place to take in nature and relax for a few hours.
