Pros: Antiques, generous porches, fantastic location, excellent breakfast, and exceptional service.
Cons: Rooms are about the same size as a bedroom in your own home.
We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay.

We recently spent three days there with friends and had a blast. Anthony, the host is wonderful. Very friendly and a warehouse of knowledge about the sites and history of St Augustine which he freely shares with guests. His breakfasts are to die for. Victorian House is ideally located near the center of town but far enough away to be very quiet. A very easy walk for anyone. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Probably the best part was sitting on our balcony in the evening. If you are planning a vacation in St. Augustine this is the only place to stay. We give it a well deserved five stars and two thumbs up!

We have just returned from one of the best "short stay" vacations we ever had. The Victorian House is charming and comfortable. Anthony is adorable and always very accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. I felt like a queen. The location of Victorian House is perfect. It is within walking distance to many places yet very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the main roads and thoroughfares. We enjoyed coming back to our rooms in the evenings with a bottle of wine on our private balcony overlooking the ancient street as horse and carriages clopped by. We will definitely be going back!

Thank you for your great review. Your 'short stay' three day vacation with your friends was the highlight of our week.
As mentioned on your friends review Anthony thoroughly enjoyed the great conversation at the breakfast table and Max is still wagging his tail from all of the attention on the porch.

Thank You

My Husband and I stayed at the Victorian House June 20th thru the 22nd to Celebrate our 27th Anniversary. We were running late and were asked to call when we were close to being there which we did. When we Arrived the Inn keepers Anthony and Marilyn were there to greet us. They got us checked in and then before showing us to our room Anthony offered to park our car for us, we weren't there early enough to get one of the three places at the Inn, So we had to park in the lot a couple blocks away. Our Room was the Seamist room and it was perfect for us.There was champagne on ice and truffles waiting for us. We were very Impressed. Anthony made reservations at a local Eatery for us for Dinner and even gave us his Cell number in case we needed anything else.. Breakfast both days was Great, the perfect start to a perfect day.We had an amazing time and we will be back...Thank you for making our Anniversary so Special

Room Tip: The room that we had was in the back and very Quiet. Next visit we are going to ask for a room with...

Such a wonderful stay. Quiet, clean, friendly, fun, and homey. Anthony is a doll who makes everything easy. Breakfast was delicious, guests were all enjoyable, probably because they were also happy with their experience. Location was prime. Parking was a bit of a ways away, but we planned on walking everywhere so it wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch and listening to a local restaurant's music while sipping wine (available in the common room). I said that this place has ruined all other hotels for me. The hospitality that comes with this B&B is un-matched. Truly a wonderful experience.
