When people talk about Southern hospitality they must have had Agustin Inn in mind. Friendly staff, clean and well appointed rooms, and breakfast is always a pleasant surprise. We stayed there for an entire week and we would do it again on our next visit. I would recommend it to my family and friends any time.

We came to St augustine for a weekend getaway stayed at the inn for two nights. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and it was delicious and creative. They were very accommodating to our dietary needs. The gluten free pancakes were delicious! We stayed in the Wellington room. It was very small but clean and comfortable. It has a private balcony. A little bit of noise from the neighboring bar but it ended around 10 p.m. and did not disturb us from sleeping. We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for two nights with my fiancé for a little getaway. It was the best trip we ever took. First of all Saint Augustine is an amazingly beautiful town. This bed and breakfast is PERFECT. Hospitality is the best, and everyone was so sweet. When we first arrived we had our bags carried in and then found parking. We had originally booked a smaller room but were UPGRADED to a bigger more luscious room for free! Don't even get me started on the breakfast :) Everything was made to perfection and beautifully laid out. They also had baked goods made during the day and refreshments in the "main house". Words cannot express the time we had spent in this historic city. I hope to return time and time again. <3

The Agustin is rather charming. I would most certainly recommend to friends and family! The staff were exceedingly courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding! The common aera amenities were a nice touch. Rooms were very clean. A/c was functional. (You cannot underestimate how important functional a/c is when staying away from home) Location is ideal as it is right in the heart of the historic district. Everything is walkable.

This charming B&B was so comfortable. We were welcomed right away and shown around. Everyone was very friendly. They made us feel like we were coming home each evening. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and different, the chef is excellent. The location was perfect, within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see and do while visiting. Would definitely stay again.

We were in two rooms on the third floor. Our "girls getaway" was to be rm #18 on the first floor (would have been a little cramped). Upon our arrival we settled into #18 and were then delightfully informed since TV not up to par we would be relocated to any TWO rooms on the third floor and choose #5 and #8 which worked out great. Also so accommodating to allow us use of the 2nd floor front porch in the evenings to just sit and enjoy afternoon snacks & juices provided (great cookies and flavored water)

The breakfast was scrumptious with fresh juice, chilled pineapple soup one day and the 2nd day with fresh fruits, yogurt and candied ginger. And that's just the first course. 2nd course was stuffed French toast with bacon or another day or a quiche which was the lightest every seen along with grilled pineapple, red pepper, turkey sausage and an arugula salad We are agreed best breakfast ever!!!!!

Room Tip: We did choose rooms away from St. George st. side as quieter - but anywhere in the B&B it would...

We recently stayed at Agustin Inn and could not be more pleased. The Inn is conveniently located in the Old City, just a block away from trolley stops and St. George. In the evenings you can hear the bands playing at the local restaurants from the comfort of the porch. We parked our car on Friday and didn't touch it until Monday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was excellent with something new to enjoy every morning. Our room was clean and spacious. We will definitely be visiting here again.
