“Perfect Weekend!!”

Our stay here was wonderful! The room was clean and well decorated. The food was delicoous and the owners were very helpful and pleasant. Very close to shopping and restaurants. The guys went golfing and the girls went to the beach and shopping. The coffee outside the room every morning was wonderful. We look forward to staying again.

My husband and I just completed our stay at this wonderful B&B. It was more than perfect for our anniversary weekend. We stayed in the Safari Room and were absolutely amazed at the size and beautiful decor of this room. The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful bonus and it's big enough for two adults (wink wink). The added touches are what really sets this place apart. The owners were very inviting and chatted with us, seemed to really care about our stay. The breakfast was amazing each day and they had added touches like the upstairs fridge and wine cooler with complimentary wine glasses! They had all the luxuries and then some. The location was excellent as well, we were close to St. George St. and King Street. They had onsite parking which is also highly coveted in the area. I can't say enough good things. No hesitations on going back, we would love to stay again!

Room Tip: All rooms looked fantastic and are quiet, I would suggest the upstairs King rooms.

Overall had an excellent stay. The room was gorgeous. Manager very thoughtful as toured us around and explained all the amenities, etc. Large, spacious shower. Front room lovely view on 3 sides. But was eagerly awaiting the breakfast that so many spoke of. Was very disappointed. It was cold. It was sparse. We ate what was brought to us and then went out to enjoy a real breakfast. The bacon was 2 pieces, thin and cold, the potatoes looked like they were counted before being assembled on the plate, and got about 12 little, cold cubes. The eggs, not sure what they were, Benedict style, with a sauce, again cold. If there was ever a way to ruin an otherwise pleasant and enjoyable experience, this breakfast was it.

Room Tip: Again, the only bad thing about this stay, was the breakfast. Does not come close to any of the pre...

A pretty big advantage is that this B&B doesn't require a 2 night Minimum stay like most in town. The rooms are very nicely appointed, of good size, and stocked with thoughtful and/or high quality amenities. The owners & staff are friendly and accommodating, yet stay unobtrusively out of the way. Nicely done breakfast - hey, they provided a full liter carafe of orange juice for our table of two - that was served promptly at the scheduled time, and on nice China. We would definitely return.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay this past weekend! The owner and staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I will be recommending this to all of my friends. The convience to all the great shops and restaurants makes the Centennial House an ideal place to stay while in St. Augustine.

Ideal location, walk to everything. Gorgeous themed rooms, many with fireplaces!!! Bathrooms are amazing as well. Best room is over the garage, completely private with fireplace and deck. We will definitely book again when we return to St. Augustine!

Room Tip: Room over garage, very private with fireplace and deck.
