We stopped here after spending time on the coast. Overheard this was a good place from our B&B, St. Francis Inn. Our family of four(2 teenagers) all enjoyed our meals. Three were the special black and blue and were doubled pattied. We had leftovers to carry with us. My 16 yr son polishedoff his burger and fries. Our only concern was cinnamon on the bacon? Husband has allergy. Our waitress was nice and friendlyas well as the other server/owner? My daughter loved her dessert. Would gladly return again.

We had our rehearsal dinner here. We are from CT so it was a challenge finding a restaurant in Florida that we thought would suit our needs and meet our expectations as we wanted to ensure we would would provide our guests with a great meal. Ben is the owner and you can just feel his excitement and love for delicious food and created a menu for us that was unique and sure to please anyone. We had Reuben spring rolls, fried green tomatoes, and delicious fried shrimp for appetizers. Then we had espresso rubbed rib eye, chipotle chicken with pineapple glaze, local grouper, and my favorite risotto stuffed portabella mushroom. It was easily the best meal I've ever had. The waitress and ben's wife were so incredible and very attentive. As we were in the middle of a tropical storm it was clear that outdoor wedding might not happen accordingly to plan. Ben's wife offered to let us have the ceremony there if we needed to! An extremely nice gesture to say the least.

Family likes it! It's hard to find great local places to eat. One who cares about you being a customer. Great food, great service. It isn't the biggest place so you may want to call ahead and get a reservation. Even if you have to wait they care that you're waiting and make sure you're being looked after (i.e., offering you something to eat). They take care of you. Food is fresh and local. We always enjoy going there!

Ate here on a Friday night. The hostess was right on when she estimated a 20 minute wait - not bad for a tiny restaurant. Waitress was friendly and cheerful. Recommended the pomegranate organic ale that was wonderful. Instead of a bread basket, you get two very flavorful deviled eggs. Special appetizer was a chicken curry enchilada with a mild cheese sauce, looked beautiful and tasted better. I got the nightly special, a grilled swordfish, and it was perfectly prepared as was the grilled asparagus. The veggie pickles were unusual and very good. Only downside was my friend ordered meatloaf. The dish looked liked the last two small dried out pieces and was topped with bar-b-que sauce rather than ketchup - not good at all.
