Don't miss Columbia's Original "1905" Salad(R), prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 110-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil. Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains. “Spanish Delight”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

We have been to the Columbia Restaurant in Celebration, FL many times and always enjoyed it, so when we saw that St. Augustine had one as well, we immediately made our reservations for dinner. The gazpacho is superb!!!! Having lived in Spain for 3 years, this rivaled anything we tasted there. My husband and I both had their specialty dish of salmon with a seafood topping....again delicious!! Instead of a bottle of wine, we ordered a pitcher of Sangria de Cava which they prepared at the table.
We had GREAT service form our waiter and thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine!

I can't say anything bad about them! The food is awesome! The 1905 salad is my favorite! It's a must when visiting St A and a fav for locals!

“Good, as Usual”

We've eaten at Columbia quite a few times, both in Tampa and St. Augustine. They are consistent in delivering good dishes.

“Went on a friends recommendation”
Reviewed 5 August 2014 via mobile

My girlfriend and I decided to not eat any chain restaurants the whole time we stayed in St. Augustine. Therefore we had to go on what Trip Advisor and friends recommended. This was our favorite place the whole stay. Jacob was our server and he was fantastic. His recommendation for food and drink was spot on. We also asked about things to do and he was better than most tour guides. Best food and server on the trip

“Best Spanish restaurant”

Delicious food and wonderful service in a beautiful setting! I'd recommend tapas and a salad for a family-style meal. Nice place to cool off after walking through Old Town.
