The place was clean, well stocked and conveniently located. I could not have asked for much more. Beach/pool access was easy with two little ones. I loved staying there, and would go again in a heart beat. A big special thank you goes out to the owners!
This is a great little clean townhome is right on Cresent Beach. The balcony gives you a decent view of the water to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. The accommodations were just fine, and there was plenty of paper products to get us through our stay (paper towels, bath tissue, Kleenex). There is a washer and dryer in the unit that works just fine, and there were plenty of chairs and toys for the beach in the closet. The bedrooms were more than accomodating, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The drive to St. Augustine was pretty and fast, only about fifteen minutes. The beach itself is quiet and large, with white, fluffy sand. The complex itself was quiet, and we were there on Memorial Day weekend. There is even the cute little bonus of local tortoises roaming the grounds eating grass. They were so cute and my son loved to watch them roam around. The walk to the beach was nothing, just over the walkway and down. We also visited the pool. Small, but does the job. The pool is near this unit, which makes the trek back and forth with little ones ideal. My only issue with the condo layout is parking. There is not a lot right by the unit (building B), and many times we had to park down the hill. Not bad for someone in their 30s, but for older souls it might be a little iffy. All in all, we had a great time, and we would definitely stay here again. :)
The condo is on the beach and has a heated swimming pool as well. Accommodations are fine -- no frills, but brand new kitchen appliances are topnotch. Expected to find such things as coffee filter papers, dishwasher soap, cork screw and bottle opener, and hair dryer, but we needed to provide these ourselves. We enjoyed our stay here and found fabulous restaurants nearby as well as historic places in St. Augustine to visit. We could have easily spent a longer time!
