“Believe all the amazing reviews!”
Reviewed 4 June 2014

I found At Journey's End just by googling "bed and breakfasts St.Augustine" and I went off of reviews. AJE got so many great reviews and such a large number of them that surely this place was amazing. And they were right. The owner was so wonderful and courteous and welcoming. Pointed us in the right direction of restaurants that suited our tastes. Made the most wonderful and delicious breakfasts every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave. We would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

Stayed for three nights in the Livingstone room. Very comfortable bed, no hanging space which was a shame (you had to use your suitcase ) not a great bathroom (no space for anyone but little people) but there was a lovely welcoming atmosphere, a great dog called Morgan who occasionally put in an appearance and a good all around experience. Wonderful location and free soft drinks and wine. There was a served breakfast which was good, although not always to my taste as mega sweet and carb loaded; but there was a communal table which made for good conversation. Although owned by two guys, the real stars were two lovely ladies who seemed to run the business on their behalf. Well done them!

We stayed here to end our American adventure, having spent nearly a month touring through DC, Virginia and South Carolina. It really was a fitting end to a wonderful trip. We had the smallest room but it was very comfortable with a great shower. The breakfasts are home cooked and wonderful and Tim, John and Laura are all lovely, welcoming, helpful people.

We thoroughly recommend a stay here as we enjoyed St Augustine immensely and the b and b added to this experience. It is so handy to walk into the middle of St Augustine for shopping and dining and then to come back to a glass of port or a coffee to round off the evening whilst chatting to fellow guests completed each wonderful day.

We love AJE because it's ..... historic yet eclectic, quiet yet close to all that's happening, friendly but not invasive atmosphere, delicious and different cuisine without super-sizing, gracious and informative hosts with a great sense of humor, cleanliness and comfortable décor and furnishings and Morgan, the owners four-legged ambassador of leisure :)

Room Tip: The rooms with a porch are great for relaxing and your own little happy hour :)

Loved our 4 nights at this beautiful B & B in the heart of St Augustine. Situated in a quiet back road, within walking distance to most attractions you really couldn't get a better spot. Rooms are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The hosts are extremely friendly and informative. We hope to journey back to Journey's End someday!

We had visited St. Augustine several times previously: staying at area hotels. We loved the city. However, a friend suggested that we should try At Journey's End B&B for a different perspective. At last we took that advice. We ended up with a comparison of excellences. The hotel stays were great but they were more like visits to the city; while our stay with the wonderful folk in At Journey's End was more like experiencing St. Augustine.

From our welcome by Laura to our farewell from Tim, we were looked after like family (although not many families get such interesting and enjoyable breakfasts). St. Augustine is a wonderful destination with much to see. However, it is invaluable to have the option of occasionally taking the short stroll back to At Journey's End for an occasional refreshing rest and a cool (complimentary) beverage to recharge the batteries in comfort.

St. Augustine can tire you. At Journey's End is the remedy. We will certainly return.

This was our first B&B experience and it was GREAT!. The Location was amazing and although the rooms were small it was a very comfortable homey feel (free beer and wine!). Also I'm sure you will buy the bed sheets once you sleep in them amazing we are ordering the sheets ASAP! The breakfast was wonderful and the service amazing. Very relaxing and a great couple get away! Will for sure stay there again when in St Augustine.
