In the mood for Fish & Chips? THIS IS THE PLACE!! Off the Main Street and sitting on a corner, flags flying, and seats ready for you! I can't say enough about the Fish & Chips but they have a great menu of other English dishes. Only one thing missing. A Manchester United scarf on the wall!

“A good find”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 July 2014

Stumbled on this pub on the way to the second-hand bookshop and noticed they did deep fried mushrooms. That's what drew us in to this British pub for a late lunch. Friendly owner. Food good. Quirky pub inside. Added to the ceiling decoration of dollar bills.

Great pub food in the heart of St Augustine. Trish in the bar really knows her stuff and is always pleasant and helpful.

“Great Fish and Chips”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 July 2014

We have always enjoyed The Prince of Wales. We've tried just about every different thing on the menu. At least one of our family always orders the fish and chips. We've tried both the deep fried burger and hot dog and found both of them to be delicious. The fish and chips are tops with the batter coming out nice and crisp without being greasy. The service is always friendly and as quick as possible. I guess about the only point I would say was on the down side is that there is never enough room. But luckily, the last time we went, there was a place for us and we got to enjoy yet another meal at The Prince of Wales.

“Fun little pub!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 6 July 2014

Fun pub with traditional beers and ciders, very good food and quirky atmosphere. Terrific portion of fish and chips (the large is shareable) and enjoyable respite from our tour around St. Aug. Stop in, you won't be disappointed but remember, it's a pub not fine dining!
