The charge is per room. Three of us stayed in a room with 2 double beds, which was very economical. Although the furniture in the room is a bit dated, all the appliances and furniture are still in good working condition.
The owner/operator is very friendly and easy-going. They did everything we asked to make our stay an enjoyable experience.
Hint: You need to have a car to stay here. There is no public transportation access. The motel is about 6 km away from the nearest supermarket (Publix) and places to buy food (I recommend Meat n Fire). At that time, the motel serves only breakfast. This is weird since they have a café at the premise.
