“Paradise in the St. Pete area”

Eddie saved us from a bad reservation we had on St. Pete Beach. This place is in a great location in Pass a Grille. Close to the beach, restaurants, and very quiet. I would highly recommend Coconut Inn not only for the nicely done rooms and cleanliness, but the peaceful setting this boutique hotel sits in. Very much enjoyed the stay and hope to return.

Room Tip: Stayed on second floor and didn't see anyone walk by our room all week.

Love love love this place. Pass-a-grile, where Coconut Inn is located, is a very relaxed friendly area of St. Pete beach. The staff is very friendly the room was magnificent. We were on the second floor facing the beach with a great balcony to watch the sunset. Our friends stayed at Sabal Palms, which is owned by the same people, only a short walk from Coconut Inn. You have access to gas barbecue grill, which we used most nights, also bikes, and beach chairs. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in St. Petersburg.

we were in town to attend a wedding on St Pete Beach and opted to stay on Pass a Grille for more of an old town Florida feel with a slower pace. I'm so glad we found the Coconut Inn. the rooms are perfect for a small family, even the small studio which we stayed in our second night. the pool is a bit small but feels just right for the Inn. the staff is super friendly and helpful and being walking distance to many restaurants is fantastic. loved this little spot and we'll definitely be back. :)

Room Tip: room 5 is a small studio but has a semi-private balcony with an AMAZING Gulf sunset view! room 2 is...

We spent 4 nights at the Coconut Inn with friends. We were in rooms 9 and 4. We all had a wonderful time. Eddie and Emigdilo made sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Rooms were clean and quiet and beds were comfortable. Perfect location for walking to restaurants and entertainment. Can't wait for our next visit.

Room Tip: Rooms 4 and 5t have an ocean view. Rooms in that same building on 2nd floor have wider balcony/sund...

Very nice place for a family vacation (or a romantic getaway). Pool is nice and kept clean and very warm. The rooms have everything you need. EMIGTIO is an amazing staff member, he keeps the room very clean and he made sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint is the bathrooms are very small. Location is great! Real close to the beach.

Room Tip: The rooms on the second level have a bit of an ocean view and have a small table and chairs outside.

The Havana is a new addition to the Coconut Inn in Pass A Grille. We stayed in the bedroom apartment. Charming! A lovely, spacious place for families who need a little more room than the Coconut has to offer. Decorated and remodeled with great colors and hardwood floors.
The staff is the same, Eddie and the crew are wonderful, as usual. I love that they've become part of our extended family every year. We always meet great people at the pool and many of them again and again.
Very relaxing and accessible to the Gulf (right across the street). Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The one draw back for us was the comfort of the furniture. The couch/chairs are lovely rattan, however, not very comfortable. The mattresses are not very comfy, either, but we are use to extra comfy beds. That being said, it was definitely an upgrade from the Coconut for the size of our family and the space was large enough for four adults and one kid.

Room Tip: If you are traveling with a family and need accommodations for everyone, I recommend the 3 bedroom...

On our first trip to Florida as a family, we wanted to stay on the beach in Pass-A-Grille. We inquired with Sabal Palms but as it was fully booked, Eddie advised us of his condo in the "condo village" of Tierra Verde. We decided to give it a try. It is a completely different experience than staying at a hotel on the beach, but we soon realized that it suited our young family of five very well. The condo was on the 2nd floor, with unreserved parking around the unit. The condo featured a queen bed in the one bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped and the living room had a nice size TV. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of towels. Everything was extremely clean and in good condition. We were happy to come back to the condo for our dinners, which we were able to cook with produce from the local supermarket Publix. The condo also featured a great recreational area, with a sandy playground for the kids, a gated heated pool and hot tub, and a deck area with a barbeque overlooking the water. We were able to make use of all of these areas and were torn between spending time at the condo versus going to the beaches! We checked in at Sabal Palms and were shown great hospitality by their staff. We were really happy with our experience. The only thing we can think of suggesting to make this experience even better is if the laundry code would be provided to us during check-in time.

Room Tip: There are tolls for going on the bridge.
