There are no reservations here so it's a hope for the best situation on the day. We could have opted to eat at the bar there and then but opted to wait 20mins for a table which was fine for us. Food was superb, house salad was by far the best salad I have ever had and the steak was perfectly cooked and beautiful. Service was great and the atmosphere in this small restaurant was understated and relaxed. Lovely, would return.

Hidden gem with a boutique like feel with only room for 8 or so at the bar and a dozen or so tables. The menu is limited but has all the items I enjoy especially the bacon wrapped scallops and a wine list with variety. Definitely worth the stop.

Pretty much everything was perfect from start to finish. The salad was just delicious and it had some very original add-ons like walnuts and some kind of berries. Yum! Ordered a 10-ounce filet mignon with house fries and a side order of broccoli. Ordered it medium-rare and it was just perfect. The only thing that was small minus was the fact they served tomatos with some kind of breading that had wheat in it, even though we asked them if everything was gluten-free. Of course we asked about the breading and just didn't eat the tomatoes.

The service was super friendly and fast. Everything was perfect. Ate here twice and both experiences were top noch.

Good: The truffle fries were great as were the rolls, the butter and salad. However, if you are going to a steakhouse and the rolls, butter and salad are the best things on the menu, you know you are in trouble.

Bad: Ordered the twin filet oscars medium and one came medium, the other on the well side of medium well.

Ugly: The food simply wasn't good aside from the things mentioned above. I ordered the Butter Lobster Risotto. You'd think it would contain butter, lobster and risotto, each ingredient being able to shine. Nope, it was chock full of red pepper sauce, which ruined it completely. I picked out the lobster and left all the rest. Total waste of money. It should have simply contained butter, lobster and risotto or been renamed.

However, I have a more pressing matter to call out. The Head Chef needs an etiquette lesson, some anger management classes and to learn some stress management techniques STAT. It happened not once, not twice, but three times and bears documentation here. We sat at the bar and Hannah, the bartender, waited on us. She was in mid-sentence three different times when the Head Chef presented food to the line and yelled, "HANNAH!" I could feel her cringe each time it happened. She left us and other patrons, mid-sentence, and went to pick up the food to either deliver to us or other diners. One of the three times, she didn't immediately turn upon command, so he yelled, "HANNAH! HANNAH! HANNAH!" three times in a row until she turned around.

I get it. People want their food hot. You know what other people want? To be respected. She was waiting on customers, i.e. her job, and literally found herself being at the chef's beckoned call to deliver food either to the customers she was speaking with or another customer entirely. He yelled to the male waiters, but only called their names once and didn't continue calling their names until they arrived in front of him. I will never visit this restaurant again. When the Head Chef took off for the night, the whole vibe of the place changed. All the staff were no longer on pins and needles, they smiled and joked with one another. It was a way more comfortable place to dine.
