We had breakfast here our first morning at SPB because we have no IHOP's near where we live although we have stopped at many when we travel. This was not the best one we have been to and not the worst either. The place was crowded and hot. The staff was harried because the worst of the breakfast rush was just finishing. The hostess was not happy and our server was not happy or very efficient either. The food was hot and tasted like food at every other IHOP. We didn't really expect any more than what we got except maybe friendlier people, but then I may have felt the same way if I was working the kind of rush we had just missed. I'm sure that the attitude of the staff would probably be better at less busy times, but, again, that's the job they have, and they know what to expect most days. Anyway, our breakfast there didn't really make us want to go back.
We ate breakfast at our hotel (Grand Plaza-separate review) the rest of our week.
