You can't beat the location, on the beach, great view of the water, great food, reasonable prices, good service, we ate 2 lunches here. Had bands both days on the weekend. Fun spot.

Ate here while staying at the Don CeSar. Lunch 3 times. Burger is pretty good. The pulled pork is decent. The nachos we're great actually.

Service was pretty much non existent. First day we had a lady who was good. Next two times we had two different guys. They were awful.

Thank Josh L

This was one great hamburger for eating around the pool. It was so good that I had it twice. Well worth the price. Michael was our poolside server and he did yeoman's work bringing burgers and margaritas during our stay.

while we LOVED our stay at the beautiful don cesar, our meal at the beachcomber bar & grill (located at the pools between the hotel and the shoreline) was sadly disappointing.

pros:
-beautiful views of the gorgeous beach.
- we ate at sunset and the vibe ( fun but not too loud!) couldn't have been lovelier!

cons:
- sadly, all three of us did not enjoy our food. that seldom happens anywhere.
- we had the fish tacos (the fish tasted not fresh!), the burger (sadly dry) and our son had the kids burger (same. dry)
- our service was also not great, which is a shame because most of the other service at the don cesar was great! the same person was tending bar and doing all the tables is likely why, so we were made to feel like we were a pain just being there. but we were excited to get out to the beach and after eating it was tricky to get the bill, even after asking a few times.

overall - worth a visit just for the view - but maybe try just drinks instead? and eat elsewhere.

We usually don't eat lunch while on vacation, sticking with filling breakfast and looking forward to a nice dinner out, sampling restaurants in the area. So I had only one lunch here, that I enjoyed very much. I had the turkey wrap, that was huge and big enough to share. It came with a salad. I also enjoyed a nice mango cocktail. I decided to eat at the table, rather then sitting in the lounge chair by the pool. I had a moment to chat with Laura, who is one of the best servers by the pool. So my lunch was quite enjoyable and a bit of a change in the routine.
My husband decided to eat his "loaded nachos" while staying in the lounge chair. When his food arrived he did not get a napkin or silverware or the soda or the chicken , the extra option. The server was just too busy to come back. The flags that are in the back of chairs help somewhat, but when the place is real busy they can be overlooked. Much later the soda arrived, but it was too late for the other parts of the order.
There is an automatic 18% service charge added to the order and in this case my husband felt it was definitely not deserved!
After all, hIs server was NOT Laura!
