I visited this well known Italian spot after reading all the positive reviews. Living a few minutes from the new location, I was anxious to try it out. Overall, I really enjoyed the place. There was a great variety of dried pastas, sauces, and other Italian goods for sale. I ordered a sugared croissant, amazing, and an iced latte that was strong and delicious. I also picked up a lobster tail looking pastry filed with cream that was to die for!

My only complaint...it was a bit confusing. Do I order at the register, in front of the display cases, do I need to order coffee separately at the coffee bar? Many of the pizzas and pastries were not labeled and because of the aforementioned confusion, there really want any chance to ask. Service was satisfactory, but I wouldn't say friendly or above and beyond.

I would definitely go back to try a sandwich or slice of pizza.

The best cappuccino, ever!
They also have wonderful pastries, breads, sandwiches, etc. Great atmosphere, sit at the coffee bar and talk with the locals, or get something to go.

Casa Del Pane moved from their original location. We've driven 1 1/2 hours to purchase bread, cookies and other goodies. They are now in a larger location, not totally stocked, but making an excellent effort to get the new locations up and running.

If you are ever in St Pete Beach, don't miss this great Italian bakery/restaurant just a block from the Gulf Ocean on Gulf Blvd. We stopped in and sampled and couldn't help taking home a whole box of their fabulous fresh Italian cookies. They are in a new location with more seating and the same great bread, pastries and sandwiches. They also have some authentic Italian grocery items to buy. We are locals . . . and will be going at least once a week to enjoy something else new on the menu and take home more cookies!

Great little cafe and bread bakery, stopped in for lunch. Shared a mozzarella and prochiutto sandwich on really great bread. Coffee bar is very nice as well, enjoyed some coffee and a delicious cannoli, very creamy. Some Italian groceries available.Outside seating available. Parking could be a difficult.
